This condo is anything but old! After a massive renovation, we have brought back amazing features that every single guest falls in love with. Beautiful solid wood floors & rustic trim throughout, high end mattresses for comfort, TV's in every room, 14' ceilings & unusually large rooms. We have combined rustic 1800's with the best modern amenities to create a space designed with family gatherings in mind. For decades it was The Jones Hotel & now houses 2 extraordinary & unique (and HUGE) condos right downtown. 15 min to Deadwood, 7 min to Sturgis, and 10min to Spearfish! Walking distance to food, drinks, and so much fun! The beer garden is next door & open seasonally to enjoy a cold beer at the outdoor bar. Parks nearby with forest hikes overlooking town & play equipment for the littles. Spacious, comfortable beds, TV's in every bedroom, fireplace, HOT TUB, firepit, BBQ, fenced yard for pets & kids! Cleaning: We have one of the best cleaning companies in Western South Dakota and we ensure our units are guest ready. See reviews for testaments of cleanliness. Our goal is that a new group will see no sign of any prior pets or guests and we hold our cleaning crew to this standard each and every time. They adore our guests and love to help us create the best lodging experience possible!

Whitewood is a charming town that sits in the center of the Black Hills and is the perfect homebase for site seeing anywhere from Rapid City out to Devil's Tower. 15min to Deadwood, 10 min to Spearfish, 7 min to Sturgis, 25 min to Rapid City. Here you'll find a grocery store, convenient stores, bars, restaurants (Bullwhacker’s, The I-Bar, The Caverna Coffee & Bistro, Whitewood Diner, Sonset Station), coffee & wood fired pizza/deli shops, parks, forest hiking, baseball field/basketball court, & more! A quiet town that makes it easy to escape the day to day grind and dive into peace and relaxation.
Pets welcome but please take care to avoid damages. Fenced yard, blankets and towels provided, and doggy clean up bags provided.

Smoking is not allowed in the condo but is allowed outdoors. Butt buckets are provided on the patio.

Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by anyone in their party, including pets.

Guests will be given privacy during their stay, but we are only 5 minutes away should you need anything.
