“On the plus, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and nicely furnished. The double bedroom with sofa bed I booked turned out to be a 2 double bedroom suite with a lounge with double sofa bed which was a wonderful surprise for myself and my 2 children and superb value. All the rooms had tvs and the bedrooms both had good tea / coffee facilities. The breakfast was also excellent - self service buffet with croissants, juice, cereals and good choice...

“La limpieza de la habitación pese a ser un hotel Marriott no se hace todos los días . Cuando pedí que limpien el cuarto se sorprendieron y dijeron que no era usual y que lo lo normal es limpiar el cuarto cada 4 días . Eso me llamó la atención porque he estado en muchos hoteles Marriott en muchos lugares”

“Camera: molto bella e caratteristica (la mansarda) per via del letto sotto gli abbaini Bagno: non finestrato, ma bello ed elegante Personale: molto gentile e disponibile (oltre che paziente con chi come me litiga con la lingua ) Sala colazione /ristorante: molto bella, la colazione molto variegata. Cena al ristorante siamo stati bene. Aggiungo e concludo che dall’Hotel il centro è a due passi ”

“Room was clean and tidy, only downside was that there was no wardrobe nor chest of drawers. ”

Dopo la consegna delle chiavi della stanza e la scelta dell'orario della colazione, per evitare l'affollamento, parte la vostra vacanza. Pulizia e distanziamento sociale garantiti. Non è comunque epoca per accessi assicurati a musei o monumenti. Tanti i percorsi a piedi o in bicicletta, se ne siete forniti. Il luogo è tranquillo e piacevole.”

“Pleasant stay. Clean room. A not too loud alarm did disturb our sleep a little but it must have been nothing untoward? - fire regulations said to wait in bedroom until otherwise advised... fortunately no such advice was forthcoming!”

“The Hotel is set in lovely surroundings. Swimming pool is excellent. the room was small and a long way to walk to get to it. We had a large room facing the front gardens last time and prefer that even though it is a bit dated. The fried eggs they brought out for breakfast fresh from the kitchen were cold not certain how that happened.It was as if they came from the fridge.”

“Just perfect. Easy to check-in with very responsive, friendly and helpful staff. Room bright and welcoming. Bathroom bit tired and dark with faulty taps and shower head but clean and plenty of hot water so did not affect our stay at all. Beds very comfortable. Impressed had decaf tea in room! Fan and TV great. Quiet. Breakfast to order on time by very friendly and lovely staff. Bus stop directly opposite. Glorious part of the world. Excellent value for money. Would def recommend- thank you!”

“Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back.”

“Close to city centre, good free parking. Quiet and dog friendly. Very comfy bed, lots of hot water. All you need from a lower cost hotel. Chris”

“Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.”
