“They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left.”

If there was text to the contrary it was buried and hidden. At the very least either a credit for parking should be given or spaces reserved for hotel guest parking. “Hotel is in need of updates, it looks like it has been “bandaided” the lobby and hallways were extremely hot. Breakfast was only included for two despite having children that wasn’t clear when booking. The room was outdated and needed a thorough cleaning. I have an infant who crawls still sometimes and her knees were black after crawling in the room. I was able to check in a little early which was nice. We didn’t use the pool as it was a short visit. La cosa peggiore è la colazione perché praticamente inesistente Si paga per un servizio che non viene dato in quanto l’unica cosa che mettono a disposizione è del caffè (neanche il latte) e delle barrette.evidente che se si viaggia con dei bambini non c’è modo di fargli mangiare nulla. Troverei molto più corretto che fosse indicato che la colazione non è disponibile ”
