“Lo consiglio. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico difetto è stato il check in lento e una strana procedura per cui ti addebitano 20 sterline all’arrivo sulla tua carta di credito nel caso consumassi qualcosa (ma in realtà non c’è nemmeno il minibar). Poi con un’altra strana procedura te le riaddebitano al check out ma non ti danno una ricevuta del riaddebito. ”

“Delicious breakfast and fantastic location seconds from the beach”

“We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself.”

“Good location, no fuss, basic and essentials only”

“Excellent small cottage on a quiet area close to the beach. The host was very kind and organised. Lovely details left for us in the house too, which we appreciated. Everything was very clean and bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you”

“Booked a double room but the only option at check in was a single. The room was over the bar next door so it was very noisy until late. On the plus side the room was clean & the (single) bed was comfortable, & the towels lovely & soft.”

“Well equipped cottage and good sized set in a quiet location with lovely views. Both double bedrooms had patio doors to outside space, one a communal courtyard, one a private garden. Easy off street parking for several cars, perfect base to explore island, Osborne house being particularly close. Easy to find after ferry from Fishbourne, stopped off at Quarr Abbey en route as literally passed its entrance. Check in easy to arrange with owner. Would recommend.”

“Spazi camere insufficienti, mancanza di armadi ( causa spazio) Lavabo troppo piccolo, spazio doccia minimo”

“First class accommodation. Very well appointed, spotless, well maintained and spacious. Friendly helpful host. Located outside Ryde. Useful for busroute 9,7,3 across the island. Very comfortable and a very pleasant experience.”

The blind in my elderly mother's bedroom was broken (despite clearly shown to be working in the listing photograph) meaning there was no airflow through the room, making it not only uncomfortable but also dangerously hot. The windows in my infants bedroom were all broken, meaning there was no airflow through the room and it was ten degrees...
