“Staff was very friendly and willing to work with you. I had a booking issue where I thought I booked a king suite but was given a king standard. The person on duty when we checked in was able to get us into a king suite very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with. I felt every employee I encountered at the hotel was professional and friendly.”

“The staff was very nice and accommodating when our room keys didn’t work. However, the facility wasn’t very clean. Our room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival because there were hairs in the shower and behind the faucet. Our feet were black from the dirty floor. We were visiting our son who recently moved there so we probably won’t choose this hotel for our next trip.”
