Questa spaziosa casa a schiera di 5 unità abitative (al 3 ° e al 4 ° piano) dispone di uno splendido ponte avvolgente di 1000 piedi quadrati che offre una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e sulla baia. Viste incredibili da entrambi i piani! Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata per i suoi interni di lusso decorati professionalmente. Il livello inferiore ha una grande cucina con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un bar per la colazione di 10 piedi. Ampia sala da pranzo e grande sala che si apre su una vista sull'oceano! 6 TV con 5 DVD / videoregistratore. La sala da pranzo ha 10 posti a sedere, compresi 4 al bar. La struttura in cemento con pareti spesse garantisce una vacanza tranquilla e privata. Parcheggio recintato per 2 auto. Piscina all'aperto riscaldata privata con bagno a bordo piscina. Our family of 8 all had their own private space and plenty of room to gather together. The keyless entry is always a plus as it allows everyone to come and go easily. The beds are all very comfortable. No one complained about them.The cleanliness does need to be stepped up a bit. The upstairs small fridge needed to be cleaned so we didn't even use it. And the floors needed to have a proper washing.All in all it was a great fit for our family and we would stay here again. Location to beach and the pool was awesome. Thanks for sharing your condo with us all!

Manque un peu d'amour...

Le condo est très spacieux, nous étions 3 familles et c'était parfait, cuisine, chambres, salon et salles de bain. Toutefois le ménage laisse à désirer. Les luminaires n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis très longtemps. Des champignons dans les douches, une chance que nous avions emmené des produits nettoyants pour ça! Il y avait encore du sable dans nos chambre et un peu partout. Le robinet de la salle de bain d'en bas coulait. Mais la literie et les serviettes c'était parfait. Les lits sont super confortables! Nous y retournerons si les propriétaires refont un grand ménage et un peu de peinture.

Our "Happy Place"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was out 7th year staying at Unit #301 at the Vista Mar. Honestly, we will never stay anywhere else. The condo is spacious, giving everyone space to enjoy some private time. It is very clean and the washer and dryer really help out. This year, the towels and the bedding being included was such a bonus and a huge help. Another feature we love is the wrap-around, huge deck which we spent many hours enjoying. The condo is quiet and away from the busy heart of Wildwood. The pool is clean and a great place to cool down after the beach. There is a rinsing hose before you head into the pool to get the sand off. I would give this place TEN stars and we are already booking for 2023! Can't wait! Highly recommend.

Lovely condos

This condo sits in close proximity to the beach and offers several views of the beach. It is nicely furnished and has plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen could be appointed better as we struggled to serve food at the table for lack of large cooking and serving vessels. HOWEVER, if this were my property, I would be wicked angry at the way in which it is maintained. We arrived just as the cleaning women had finished and it was very dirty as we all agreed. If this was my house I would have promptly FIRED them! There is dust on everything, even the utensils in the drawer were dirty., the walls and baseboards haven’t been cleaned, the towel bar and toilet paper holders are falling off the wall in MB, the MB squeaks so much it s disturbing to sleep in, there were chips in several closets and on the floor as well as dust bunnies and hair balls, the rugs in MB were so filthy I washed them myself. If you don’t mind filth, this is your condo. I would recommend to the winners to have a serious conversation with maintenance.

It really helps that the bed linens and towels are supplied with the stay. The pool was lovely and the fact that the beach is so close is a real plus. The condo was quiet and comfortable, and truly is our home away from home once a year in September. Check in and Check out is so easy with the Hospitality app. The team at the Powers Group, Keller Williams, is always available and has been great over the years. All the information for the rental is located in one spot. Looking forward to many more stays and family memories at the Vista Mar!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, spacious, well-equipped unit. Loved the wrap-around deck with views of the ocean and bay. We had a disruptive issue with sand flies swarming every morning at the front windows. The management company was very responsive and tried their best to get rid of the bugs, but it was a disruptive morning ritual for us having to spray and clean up the dead bugs. The owner needs to make sure that this does not impact the stay of future renters. Aside from this issue, we would recommend the property and would opt to rent the property again in the future as long as this issue was resolved.

A Perfect Stay at Vista Mar - once again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting unit 301 at the Vista Mar and this was our sixth year. It is our home away from home! This unit is beautiful with the highlight being the wrap-around deck that lets us view the ocean on one side and Crest/Bay side on the other! We love spending evenings on the deck. The unit is clean and the beds were upgraded this year! Very comfy. It is a very short walk to the beach and the Vista Mar is overall quiet and relaxing. The pool is a great place to cool off after a long day at the beach. Close to many great eateries and just a great location in general. Always sad when we have to leave.

The property was nice well kept and our stay was comfortable. Although, I have few comments/observations: - lock boxes use and instructions worked for one but not for the other - the one that opened was empty? - used one of the codes provided for the lock boxes to open the keypad lock on the front door - no mention of this? - the wifi network name/password provided was incorrect? - wifi network name printed inside the rental correct w/incorrect password? - clearly stated that we need to bring linens/pillows/towels which we did but then someone delivered all those which we didn’t use & left in the rental unopened - related to the itemized charge on the bill? - checkout times in one email said it was 11am in another it says 10am, which is it?

Very nice property

The huge balcony was perfect for the sunset every night The 2nd floor lounge is the 5th bedroom which is actually very nice for a hangout room for the kids

Family Vacation

Great stay with our extended family. Have stayed at the Vista Mar for many years. Love the building and the location. This particular unit had great space, but could use some better maintenance and cleaning. Overall, a great stay. The condo just needs a little TLC.
