For the 2024 season, Residence 102 will feature a new master bedroom suite, new 3rd bedroom suite, updates to the living room, as well as new barstools, lamps, TVs, and end tables!







Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day, contingent on The Grand management.
