Please note: The central air conditioning system is scheduled to be replaced during the off-season. In the meantime, the property is equipped with 3 portable A/C units for guest comfort.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.

Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 161 and 162.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

Comfort & Convenience: Enjoy beautiful ocean views, a spacious wraparound veranda, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, granite countertops, marble bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi, all with convenient access to The Grand's pool and grill deck. You will also have access to the private beach, beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, BBQ area, and seasonal Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service.

Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
