This unique 4 bedroom Diamond Beach condo offers plenty of space for up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family vacations. Start your mornings out by brewing a cup of coffee in the modern kitchen with granite countertops or cooking a delicious breakfast with the stainless steel appliances. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the ocean views. The balcony is equipped with sufficient seating and a BBQ grill for your convenience. The first floor features 3 bedrooms and two full baths, while the upstairs bedroom (loft) is accessible by the spiral staircase and has another bathroom. You’ll have access to the communal pool, and nearby activities such as golf, tennis, dolphin watching, and more. With two garage parking spaces, modern appliances, and close proximity to local attractions like restaurants, wineries, and the boardwalk, this is the perfect location for a fun-filled, relaxing vacation!

Location is great. 1 block to the beach. Beach tags were included which was a big plus. Overall, it was a nice stay. However, the entire house definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updating. The cabinet door over the washing machine does not close. We had hit our heads on it several times. Water pressure should be checked. Master bath shower has black mold or black mildew. The umbrella on the patio was broken. We ordered something from Amazon and it was noted that it was delivered, but never received the package. Reported package lost/stolen.

Toilets and tubs could have been cleaner. There was a lot of trash under bed in loft. There was no placecto put things in kitchen cupboards and bedroom closets were filled with stuff making it difficult to use the floor space. Also, I had sent a check to Experience vacations for the 2nd half of my payment to avoid paying the convenience fee. I sent it weeks before it was due. My credit card was charged anyway. I called and emailed 2 different people at Experience. They told me they would look for the check. I never heard back from either of them. I not only had to pay the convenience fee but had to pay 30.00 to stop payment on the check. I won't be renting through them again. I will be sticking with the Powers group from now on.
