“Our family rented three rooms for our stay, and we could not have been happier with the experience. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We received a welcome text upon check-in letting us know we could simply text if we needed anything during our stay.
We requested a few extra items for one of our rooms, and they responded within seconds. The items were delivered promptly, which was very impressive.

“Couples weekend. Perfect for us. Oceanfront room. Room was clean. Bathroom was weird. Very small. Approx.6” step-up to get into it. Tub was small. Location was great. 2 blocks from start of boardwalk. Bike rental Nextdoor. Beach entrance across street, and a boardwalk out to ocean to sit or eat lunch. Will visit again.”

“Location was the only positive. The property is old and dated. Charging .25cents for ice from a vending machine... really. Had an issue with our reserved room, had a bad odor of bleach which manager blew off as painting outside. It was impossible to stay in that room. Manager made us feel like our complaint was not real but they offered a lesser accommodation but not offered an adjustment to our original room
charge.
I would never recommend Olympic Island Beach Resort to anyone!! EVER”

“The Beach Colony Motel is very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s just one block from the beach and also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. The only downsides are that the bathrooms could use updating and the HVAC could be improved. Overall, a great spot for a comfortable stay in Wildwood Crest.”
