Property owner gave great instructions on how to get in, where to park and location. The location of the house is great, an easy 1/2 block walk to the boardwalk and a nice neighborhood. We were in close proximity to many restaurants, however since we were there after Labor Day many were closed (poor planning on our part). It was very peaceful and relaxing which is what we really wanted. Property was a bit small but very clean. The window ac units worked well for this time of year but may have difficulty keeping up when it’s really hot outside. The only issue for us was that both the front and back steps are very narrow and steep. The owner did mention that prior to our arrival but for us this made things difficult with luggage and groceries. This may not be an issue for younger folks. Just know it’s a 3rd floor unit and steps cannot be avoided so pack light!Main living area could use a more comfy couch and perhaps TVs in the bedroom. There were lots of pots/pans, condiments, coffee, paper products for use. Waters in the fridge. Overall our stay was good aside from the steps. We did leave a day early because the steps just became too much. However the property owner was very understanding and refunded us for the night we didn’t stay.There are beds to sleep 4-5 people but unit is very tiny so more than 2 would be tight. This property is perfect for a younger couple with no children.
