Goditi il comfort e la privacy di questa meravigliosa Courtyard Villa nella meravigliosa area ricreativa della Florida chiamata The Villages. La vostra villa nel cortile sarà completamente arredata e perfettamente pulita al vostro arrivo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per le vostre esigenze di cottura e c'è una griglia a gas sul patio / lanai per il maestro della griglia.
La camera da letto principale con bagno privato ha un letto king size. Utilizzando la terza camera da letto come una tana che ha una TV a colori 47 "con collegamento a Internet e soggiorno ha una TV da 55 pollici. Ha anche una porta sul patio che conduce al lanai schermato, Goditi un bicchiere di vino la sera o una tazza di caffè al mattino in totale privacy nel tuo patio o cortile. La camera degli ospiti ha una dimensione matrimoniale.
Questa villa con cortile si trova nel Hillsborough Village, situato in posizione centrale su campi da golf, piscine, campi da tennis e da tennis. Country club privato, club ricreativo Seabreeze & Eisenhower. Siamo a 15 minuti di golf cart da Lake Sumter Landing Square e Brownwood-Paddock Square. Villages experience

Enjoyed the comfort of the villa. It was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Location was great and close to everything and we thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart.Host made arrival very easy with very detailed instructions!

Excellent Village Villa

Clean, comfortable with all you need to enjoy your stay in The Villages. 5 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy all the food, shopping and great nightly entertainment . Homeowner was quick to respon. Would stay again if I didn’t find my own home in the Vilkages in this trip.

Summer Fun

We had such a wonderful stay. The golf cart gave us the freedom to slow down and see more. The Square was awesome as always. Morning walks were safe and secure with many persons walking their dogs. Location highly recommended and the accommodations were like being home.

Exceptional place

This was one of my Best vacations. This Villa is very relaxing and very clean. We would love to relocate to this beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very kind. At this Villa also we had access to all the supplies we needed. Lastly we will say the owner of this Villa was very kind and quickly responsive to our emails/calls. We will without a doubt return to this Beautiful Villa and location.

Beautiful Courtyard Villa in The Villages

The villa was fully equipped with everything needed including a grill, washer and dryer, some laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, towels, small appliances, dishes, hairdryer, and golf car, etc. Instructions to enter and exit premises were very simple to follow. The owners were very nice and answered all my questions immediately. I would highly recommend this villa as it is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a private courtyard/patio and centrally located to many activities, events, restaurants, and pools, etc.

Great Villa

Lovely Villa which was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Check in was easy and all essentials provided for. The location is good about 5 mins from Brownwood and near local recreation centres. Directions to property were excellent; access to property was easy. The villa was as described so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Amenities and provisions were outstanding. Location was excellent giving easy access to all areas of the Villages. Golf cart was as described, outside areas of villa were again excellent. All-in-all a great property and would love to rent again.

Love the Villages

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Charlotte was wonderful to work with. The villa was immaculate and well equipped. It is well located to many Executive Golf Courses and to 1 of the town centers…Brownwood. Would highly recommend this villa.

Everything was as it says for this place, the host was great and very responsive to any questions we had. Place was in a great location to the pools and the Brownwood Squares. Golf cart was a great benefit to getting around The Villages. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in The Villages.
