Wonderful apartment, everything about it was excellent from the location and cost. A much better alternative to the hotels in the area for a much nicer a more private experience. Very clean and quiet at night. The parking was easy with the provided tag. Easy and responsive communication with the host. This was our second year in a row back to the same place, I don’t normally do that so that in itself says a lot.

Great location. We had a water issue. The return had water dripping down. Must be some hvac issue. We could hear water dripping at night Otherwise great visit.

Cheer competition family stay

Perfect location next to the beach and convention center. Willy was an amazing host and readily available for any questions that arose. We had a good time and would definitely stay here again!

Ok, but needs some updates and cleaning.

The air conditioner is loud. You have to keep track of physical keys instead of having a code for a keypad (this can be hard on the beach). There aren’t ANY towels or washcloths. There aren’t any blankets (yes, there are sheets) to make up an extra bed. There were stains on the cover for the bed. You do not have an assigned parking spot, you can park in any metered spot for free. If it’s a busy time of year, you will have problems parking near the rental. There’s a shelf on the wall that is broken. It IS about 1/2 mile from the beach. The space was clean. I just felt that future renters should know what to expect.

1. No where to hang towels to dry (other than a closet) 2. No towels or cloths for showering. 3. The one shelf was hanging half way off the wall. 4. The battery to the TV remote was literally damaged. 5. No coffee pot. 6. Bed frame is very noisy.

A Unforgettable Stay in an Exceptional Property

What struck us most was the convenient parking arrangement. It was such a relief to know that we had a secure, dedicated space for our vehicle. This made our daily excursions stress-free, knowing that we would always have a place to park upon our return. The location, just steps away from the beach, was the cherry on top. We were thrilled to be so close to the ocean, able to enjoy daily walks and sunsets without the need for a lengthy commute. The close proximity to the beach made our stay truly magical, providing us with stunning views and easy access to one of nature's most beautiful landscapes. The property owner was also commendable, always available to answer our questions and ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
