Linens provided and beds made up (except sofas). Parking permit for metered street parking (excludes lots).`

The open-concept living space features designer furnishings, sleek new floors, fresh paint, and a fully equipped kitchen with stunning quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances—perfect for whipping up meals after a sun-filled day.

The kitchen includes everything you need to feel at home:
• Full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and garbage disposal
• Drip coffee maker, K-Cup machine, tea kettle, and toaster
• A complete set of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware

Relax in the spacious living area, featuring two comfy fold-out sofas, a smart Roku TV, and a dining table for sharing meals or playing games. High-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected.

• Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top—great for kids or sharing.

• Bedroom 3: King-size bed, sliding doors opening to a small deck—ideal for morning coffee or evening breezes.
• Plus, two fold-out sofas in the living room for extra guests.
• All bed linens and bath towels provided ,beds made up except sofas(please bring your own beach towels).

🚗 Parking:
A parking permit is provided, allowing you to park at any metered street space in Wildwood (excluding paid lots). The permit is inside the unit—be sure to display it on your rearview mirror. If the spot in front of the house is taken, you can temporarily block the second driveway on the right side of the building (next to the outdoor staircase) to unload your luggage and grab the permit before parking elsewhere. Note: A lost permit incurs a $400 replacement fee.

This unit is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along!
You`ll love that the nearby beach is also dog-friendly, making it the perfect spot for walks, playtime, and soaking up the sun together.
There’s even a dedicated dog park at the beach where your pup can enjoy some off-leash fun.
If you plan to leave your dog alone in the unit, please make sure they are in a crate that you bring with you (this is required only if your dog will be left alone).
Please note: A one-time $50 pet fee applies per stay.
Dogs must be under 90 lbs.
