Nestled in The Villages of Florida in the new Village of Oak Hollow , this delightful brand-new designer home offers a peaceful retreat for our guests. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 sofa bed, along with 2 bathrooms featuring a shower and bathtub, this gorgeous property provides all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings from the 450 sq ft screened in Lanai backing to live oaks and the Woodlands Championship golf course. A Club Car gas powered golf cart is available for our guests. A short golf cart ride away from numerous amenities, including, golf, pickleball, tennis, pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard and many more. Conveniently located near Eastport Square, Sawgrass square, Middleton, Brownwood and Fenny!

Staying a week at this lovely new property was a total home run for us!!! It had everything that was important to us such as great panoramic view out back from the oversized and well furnished lanai with grill & large TV, true reclining furniture for all 4 of us, 2 King bdrms, a golf cart, super accessible location to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and the new & upcoming Eastport Square!! I wish it was our own home as it sure felt like home to us & has great floor plan. The kitchen is well furnished with everything we needed. A real gem. We most definitely will look forward to returning to this property in the future. The hosts are very prompt with responding and super easy to work with!
