“Few things to do in walking distances ”

“My husband and I stayed at Brownwood over the weekend, while visiting my parents in The Villages. The hotel was very clean and updated. The people were very nice and friendly. The pool was spacious and beautiful. The only drawback was it is not quite walkable to Brownwood Square, but I knew that when booking. The good part is Brownwood Square is only 3 minutes, by car. This was our first time at the hotel and I would gladly return in the future. ”

“Everything was just Amazing, wifey loved being able to have and make coffee anytime that she wanted to. Everyone of the Staff were very friendly and helpful!!”

“ Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house and all amenities were as depicted in photos. Jamie and Chris went above and beyond the norm in providing information on the house, transportation and things to do in the Villages. The house and furnishings were comfortable and felt like being home. The kitchen and pantry were stocked with everything you may need and then some! An amazing stay all around!”
