“I would give this property 0 stars if I could. I booked this hotel through Expedia for my family of four because I specifically needed a room with two double beds. After an issue with my initial payment, the hotel insisted I had booked one of their tiny “A” rooms with only one double bed. I strongly believe my reservation was changed during the payment issue because I would never intentionally book a single bed for four people. “Basic accomodations across from the beach. Great location. Clean room with dated decor and bathroom. The problem we faced was that there was a setting on the tv that restricted 80% of the channels. This included Fox 29, and PBS. It was not an issue of the channels not being subscribed to as the basic cable channels were restricted. We could not fix it and the maintenance person was going to be sent but he never came by.”

“The Lobby was locked at 6:00 pm. After a long hot day, there was nobody to check us in. Carrying luggage and pizza, I called the “emergency number”. The guy that answered could not help but promised to find “Zeke”. Finally shows up (no apology), checks us in and off we go. The elevator was grossly maintained. Trash in the lobby. The room was just awful. It did smell good, but oh yuck. I apologized to my family. Dirt, old OLD furniture, the loudest air conditioner I’ve ever witnessed. The towels...
