“Basic hotel, poor conditions of room and its contets. Shower has no haging points, shower head does not work well, no vetilation, kitchen tools are old, A/C is right on the bed's level hence could not be used during the night in hot weather as it freeses the occupants and it is very noisy.”

“Room was clean. They went above and betond and provided a fan for my room. Only real complaint is the water pressure ”

“Pickup was cheerfully provided from and to the airport. The room was fun, the amenities were plentiful and there was breakfast to go as I had an an early departure. All in all a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts.”

“If you won't have a car. This is a tough place to stay as coffee, food, convenience store even, are not walkable. Very quiet and comfortable bed but the amenity is the location along the water. ”

“Was great. We had a very late arrival, and the simple solutions after talking with the desk prior to our arrival was so appreciated after a long drive. ”

“I request to chack in 2 hours early because i had a meeting mrng 6 Am and they didn’t charge extra nd allow me . But only think disappointed no water there , even to tap in kitchen , when i asked to manager she said use from washroom nd boild it , mean seriously why i drink from washroom if paying 134$ . Even room was street side , all night car horrows disturbed alot”

“Poco distante dall’aeroporto ed è comodo per raggiungere Vancouver city, è una bella struttura che si sviluppa in orizzontale, con tanto parcheggio e anche un po’ di spazio verde. Le camere sono moderne anche se un po’ piccole rispetto alla media canadese.”

“We always stay at Versante Hotel when we visit Vancouver, and it never disappoints. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the bedding is fresh and very comfortable. The temperature and humidity are perfectly balanced, making the stay even more pleasant. We also had a great experience with the outdoor pool and the gym—both are excellent and well-kept. Highly recommended!”

“The bed was clean, but the bathroom REAKED of cigarette smoke. I could barely take a shower or be in there at all without getting a headache from the smell. The front desk didn’t really offer anything or try to use it as an opportunity to do better or improve my experience which was odd for a hotel. The room was so far away from the front desk, I checked in really late and wanted water, the guy at the front desk said “there’s two bottles in your room” to which, when I arrived in my room,...

“The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Beautiful property in a beautiful high end neighborhood. There were no surprise charges either which makes a great difference. ”
