“The elevators wasn't working on check out day, so had to walk down 9 flights of stairs, the maids tried cleaning room at 10.00 am when check out is at 12.00pm they thought room was empty, not friendly at all”

“We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

“Where do I stay? We had to change rooms 2-3 due to the sofa sleeper being broke. Every TV in the hotel was out of order and the elevators barely worked. Four flights of stairs had our knees buckling. The BEST thing about the hotel was the AMAZING STAFF!! From the overnight staff to the swing shift to day shift from the front desk to the maintenance!! They were the highlight of the show!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO STAFF!!!”

“Per il prezzo pagato (34 dollari circa una stanza in due ospiti) non ci aspettavamo chissà quale qualità e pulizia ma, tutto sommato, una notte là si può trascorrere. Certo, bisogna un po’ entrare nell’ottica del “viaggio da campo” ma può andar bene. Colazione gratuita passabile. Si può migliorare. ”

“The staff was soooo rude. She wrote the Wi-Fi wrong on the card holder then was upset that we didn’t understand it. There were lots of homeless people that are able to hang out all times of the night. It was soooo scary but we had to stay because it was getting really late.”

“For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.”

“Camere pulite, personale gentile ma alcuni servizi che oramai sono inclusi in tutti gli alberghi qui sono a pagamento (es. Wi-Fi). Consigliato solo per chi viaggia in macchina trovandosi in posizione periferica. No colazione. ”

“Camera mal tenuta, il soffitto aveva un rigonfiamento preoccupante. Il climatizzatore era maleodorante. La colazione alquanto penosa.”

“We enjoyed our stay! It was clean! Breakfast was good. Meat options today were spicy sausage or vegan sausage. May need a second waffle machine, all of the other Breakfast items were very good!”

“Amazing stay at The Winslow - OKC. The hotel and the room were simply perfect. Great and friendly staff. We were also pleased to receive a free upgrade of our room. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.”

“Great location for a once high end hotel. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. AC didn't work that well, windows were dirty, mold.in the shower. The pool (nice pool!) had a lot of non-hotel guests coming and going. Overall the place seemed like it was slow so they've cut staff.”
