“Excited that I had a balcony and my view was amazing it looked over the Willamette river”

“It would be good if we had a elevator to move our bags to 3rd floor, otherwise property is good and staff was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Still 5 star. Would use again if I am in area.”

“The breakfast was a joke. The reason we booked was because of the made to order breakfast that was advertised. It was non-existent. The eggs were made in a bag, the sausage was like rubber and not the color sausage should be. Very displeased with breakfast it was worse than McDonald’s. We couldn’t get clean towels for 2 days before we went to front desk and had to ask for them.”

“Fountains and pool were dirty. Fishy crackers left in our room from previous party. Soap was empty. Unfortunately would not recommend.”

“Great cold air conditioning, but could use better cable services seems to be out in my room but nice stay other than the cable nice people that work there too!”

“Nice room with good sized beds and a good enough breakfast. Don't wait until the last hour of the breakfast time. They don't replenish as things get eaten; so lots of things were empty in the last hour.”

“This hotel was great. The staff was super welcoming, flexible and friendly. We have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express for the last several years now, each time that we travel, because the quality and service are always top-notch. The whole hotel was very new, the room was exceptional and they allowed me to use their conference room without any hesitation when I asked for them to open it for me. Overall, my family and I had a great stay here and are looking forward to continue staying at...

“In-house breakfast isn’t very elaborate; no protein options like eggs, sausage, etc. at all. I had to go out for breakfast every day. There are plenty of shops nearby. I had to reprogram my keycard like 5 times because it got demagnetized (from being near or in my phone wallet, AirPods, even my actual wallet), so make sure to keep it away from all electronics; they’re really sensitive I guess. Staff was very helpful and kind.”

“The hotel was decent for the price. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Rooms could use some updating. Our sink was missing a stopper and one of the beds had some small stains on the sheets.”
