The terrace is a wonderful place to wake up listening to the tropical birds while sipping a cup of coffee, or to enjoy your favorite cold drink after a long day at the beach. The apartment is called “Apartment Chiki” because it has only one bedroom, but it’s perfectly suited for two people to enjoy a wonderful stay, and it has the largest outdoor space of all the apartments.

The apartment consists of:

- Cozy living room with a ceiling fan, beautiful wooden shutters, a sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals;

- Private terrace with a dining table and chairs overlooking your front terrace with a lounge chair and a view of the ocean to the left;

- A bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 meters), air conditioning, and a built-in closet.

- A separate bathroom with a sink, toilet, and hot-water shower;

- A small safe for storing your laptop, passport, and other valuables;

The kitchen is equipped with: pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, a four-burner gas stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker;

From the back window in the bedroom, you can look out onto the shared terrace and the pool.

Because the terrace and pool are located at the rear of the property, you’ll enjoy privacy and tranquility. Soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or grill your favorite meal on the shared barbecue.

There is one enclosed parking space shared with (potential) tenants of “Studio Bista,” the studio located above the apartment. There is also ample free parking on the street.

Location:
The apartment is situated on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quiet neighborhood of “Planterrust.” The location offers privacy and a relaxed tropical atmosphere, surrounded by ocean views and lush greenery. Enjoy the birdsong, and don’t be surprised if you get a visit from an iguana or two.

The ideal thing about this location is that you can find peace and quiet at home while still being in a super strategic spot on the island—between the center, Piscadera, and the road to Westpunt with its many beautiful beaches. There are restaurants, banks, and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
