The C Spot: Central, Clean, Comfy, and Cute

This is the perfect place to sleep/shower and then go island exploring. It's small, but clean. It's in a prime, central location, just minutes from all the essentials (grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shop) and a 15 minute drive to several beaches (from the popular, full-service Mambo or Jan Thiel beaches, to the off-the-beaten-track Playa Kanao). Punda, Pietermaai, and the famous swinging bridge are also just a 10 minute drive away. Experience living like a local while staying here.

The space
Our lovely, little spot is newly renovated with a kitchenette, stove and toaster oven. There is a cozy queen bed and a modern, clean bathroom. Plus, an outdoor patio to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink while you watch the parrots who gather in flocks at sunset.
Don’t feel like making your own breakfast? You can WALK to a cute coffee shop/cafe that's just around the corner.

You’ll be staying in a small studio apartment with a private entrance and private parking behind the property wall with an electric gate. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is VERY central and convenient.

Guest access
Guests will have the studio apartment to themselves, with a private patio/outdoor eating area.

Guests have a private entrance to the property, and private driveway/parking spot for one car behind the property wall with an electric gate.

There is a storage room for large bags or other items where guests can use to store items if requested.

Other things to note
The apartment is nestled behind the owners' house, but you won't see the owners - unless you want to!
Although, you might hear the owner's toddler playing outside from behind the fence between the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm. But hey, it's all part of the living like a local :).
