“The property was easy to navigate. The restaurants were hard to get reservations at but we were able to go to them. Each restaurant had their own way of serving food, became a little confusing. The resort was clean and friendly and when we arrived they up graded our room free of charge! Just remember you need to check your plugs for the outlets, we needed to bring converters. Overall a great stay and would go again!”

“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden. The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant. However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “Het personeel bij het restaurant mag iets assertiever zijn. Als je plaatst nam in de loop van de dag kwam er niemand bij je om te vragen of je iets wil drinken of eten. tijdens het ontbijt was dit daar in tegen prima. dan kwamen ze meteen bij je. Verder was het personeel correct en het eten was prima. kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima, de airconditioning was ook prima.”
