“The room was smelly and dirty. They didn't clean our rooms the entire time we were there, and we were there for 6 days. It was cheap, I suppose you get what u pay for. Definitely not three star.Staff was friendly tho. It was close to my family's house we were visiting. Probably go somewhere else next time.”

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

“I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.”

“We stayed at the hotel this past Friday night. Initially, we found the hotel decently clean for the price that we paid. HOWEVER, we had purchased cookies from Crumbles, for breakfast the next morning.. the closed well and was set on the bureau . In the morning we opened the box and there were ANTS crawling ALL OVER the cookies!!! It was disgusting!!!!
