“I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel”

“We arrived at the hotel exhausted at 12:30 AM after a 14-hour drive. As always, my wife checked the bedding for bed bugs. This time, she actually found one — a live bedbug crawling on the box spring stitching under the mattress. We immediately went to the front desk, showed them the bug, and asked to be moved. “Had a handicap room with my request, someone above us had heavy feet and walking alotand we had to hear it all night”

“The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. “One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was to have access to the fitness center. None of the fitness machines worked or was able to be turned on. The air conditioner was not able to be turn off. Awful. Bedroom smelled when you walked into the room, house keeping ran out of small towels. Bad experience.”
