We loved our stay at this adorable VRBO near the Grand Canyon! The home was cozy, clean, and in the perfect location for exploring the area. The owners were incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond. We ended up getting our vehicle stuck in the mud during a cold, rainy evening, and they didn’t hesitate to come help us out. We were so grateful for their generosity and quick assistance.One word of caution: don’t trust GPS when it tells you there’s a road—stick to the main routes!Overall, a wonderful stay with hosts who genuinely care. Highly recommend!

The only problem I had was having to leave! We stayed at some amazing places during our two week Western Parks tour but The Haven was our favorite! It was very clean, Host had excellent communication with us and the surroundings were incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The drive to the Grand Canyon was about a 30 minute easy drive. We would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property. Peaceful retreat. Clean, comfortable,cozy, tastefully decorated and all the amenities you could ask for. Pat and Kristi are excellent hosts! Communication with them was always quick. Can’t say enough about this gem. Highly recommend this for your stay near the canyon.

Excellent stay at The Haven

Our family had an excellent stay at The Haven. The house is clean, spacious, and well supplied. The grill and fire pit were great to use. It was an easy 25 minute drive to and from the canyon. It was a beautiful property to watch the sun rise and drink coffee in the mornings. Very quiet. We would definitely recommend and come back.

Peaceful stay near Grand Canyon

Great location near Grand Canyon National Park. Short drive to the park entrance. Communication with Pat was great. We loved sitting on the porch in the shade and quiet with great views. Would stay again.

This place is Awesome

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. 25 minutes to the park, quiet evenings away from everyone, a super clean space, and Pat the owner was very quick to respond to questions. A few things:1. Buy groceries in Flagstaff or Williams, about an hour away. No stores for miles 2. You are on a dirt road for a couple miles. Your car will get dirty. It’s worth it. 3. Appreciate the silence of nature and the black sky where you can see the stars. I would stay here again 100%

Tranquility

Our family of 5 (three adult children) had an amazing stay at The Haven. Very quiet and peaceful. Close enough to Grand Canyon, Williams and Sedona but far enough away for privacy. The home was clean, and well appointed. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful location just outside Grand Canyon NP

Comfortable and clean house located a short drive from Grand Canyon NP. The location is somewhat isolated, which made it very quiet and perfect for our family.

Great location close to Grand Canyon

The house is smaller than expected but it was clean and well provisioned. It’s very isolated- but very peaceful. It’s a 25 minute to Grand Canyon entrance. Although the address says Williams,AZ the town of Williams is a 40 minute drive. The town of Tusayun is closer at only 20 minutes away. I highly recommend buying groceries in Williams or Flagstaff on your way there- the groceries in Tusayun are super expensive and very limited. This house is a great choice for exploring the Grand Canyon and being able to spread out a bit.

An incredibly relaxing location near the Grand Canyon

This may be my favorite stay yet. Our hosts were amazing. We had to change our dates due to a death in my family. They worked with us on this and actually helped me decide the best dates for a trip to Arizona and to the Grand Canyon. Patrick was very easy to communicate with and went out of his way to help us. A good example of this was the battery in the key fob of our rental car died. We were unable to lock, unlock or even start the car. He came over immediately with one that he had at his house for us to try. The house is as advertised. It is remote but a perfect place to unwind after visiting the Grand Canyon and hiking. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, and had everything that you might want. We enjoyed the coffee provided as well as the condiments. My husband was surprised and pleased to find red pepper flakes. The beds were comfortable and we loved the front porch. We spent a lot of time playing games that were provided at the picnic table, and rocking in the rocking chairs. Patrick and Kristy are wonderful! We even enjoyed an evening with them around the campfire. You won't be disappointed. We would happily stay there again and highly recommend that you give it a try.

Loved it!

This rental impressed not only me but my 13 and 11yr olds. It was just the right amount of space for 5 of us. The two bathrooms so helpful. So clean, light and pretty. Loved the shampoo and conditioner, coffee, everything we needed in kitchen. Laundry-and everything we needed for it. Deck was perfect. Used as much as possible. Also fire pit was so fun- while watching stars and roasting marshmallows. Also 25 minutes to Grand Canyon was just perfect- we were close but had our own space. Thank you!

Family time at Grand Canyon

This is a lovely location, peacefully isolated, with a large porch to take in the sunsets and the sweeping landscape. The hosts have thought of everything. And the place is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect Retreat

We absolutely loved this home! The cleanliness could not be beat - it looked and felt brand new. The location was perfect for our exploration of Williams and the Grand Canyon. This house is probably the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Between the setting and the finishing touches from the owners, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We landed on the property based on its location to the Grand Canyon, and it was perfect for multiple day trips.

Such a beautiful area and property. We LOVED the huge porch every morning and evening, beautiful Mountain View. The hosts provided so many extras and perks - tons of coffee pod options, trail mix and snack bars, and a stocked spice cabinet. The board game options were a big hit with my teens in the evenings. Only 30 minute drive to Grand Canyon trails. It was a wonderful stay with amazing hosts!

Haven lives well up to its name!

Our family of 5 arrived tired and thirsty after a 3.5 hour drive from the airport. We pulled up to the Haven and immediately the sweeping porch beckons! The key pad entry made it easy to get right in. Inside the house is lovely and so relaxing and comfortable. Well-appointed and stocked with thoughtful touches! We attacked the cold water left in the fridge and appreciated the snacks laid out. The coffee was a godsend as we had busy days and jet lag working. Pat was super responsive to our questions and offered some great suggestions of things to do. After long fun days exploring, it was wonderful to come back to the Haven to relax and unwind in a beautiful natural Arizona setting. And did I mention the PORCH??? ❤️❤️❤️Overall, The Haven was the PERFECT landing/launchpad for our Grand Canyon adventure. Thank you so much Pat and Kristy, we can’t wait to come and stay again!

So great!

I can’t T say enough about how the owners have thought of everything for this gem of a place. Thinking flaming, where it’s quiet, serene and away from the crowds of the GCNP. An easy drive to the park. On the way out stop at the pizza place and pick up a tasty dinner! The hosts have everything else you need. Coffee, condiments, comfy beds, with streaming services, and the best deck for morning coffee and evening star watching. The deck isn’t shown on the site yet, but it is amazing! Rocking chairs, and table to eat at and a great grill. Fire pit too! Go - you won’t be disappointed!!

Perfect location, peace and quiet in Grand Canyon

First of all, the owners are wonderful people. They have done an excellent job with the property and making guests feel at home. The house was clean, private and a welcome escape from the crowds in the national park. It was a convenient location to come and go to and from the park. I will absolutely be back and stay in this house. Highly recommend.

Quaint, cute, and away from it all!

We had such a great stay. It was so nice being close to the national park, yet away from it all and the crowds. We enjoyed the quiet starry night with s'mores by the fire, quit nights and slow mornings. The home was decorated so nice and comfortable yet modern. The beds were comfortable with comfortable bedding, plush towels. The hosts made it so welcoming with starter toilet paper, paper towel and all the necessities. We had wi-fi and TV, and loved the board games, and my son and I threw the football outside. I enjoyed that coffee was provided. All over lovely and the hosts were so nice and helpful, with prompt communication. It was so easy to get in and leave too. I highly recommend this rental home it was awesome!
