Avevo problemi con una tenda e mi hanno cambiato subito con un upgrade gratuito. Sono tutti molto disponibili . Piacevoli i giochi di società la sera ed il fuoco .

Under Canvas è un glamping stupendo! Curato esteticamente in ogni minimo dettaglio, immerso nella natura, pulito, funzionale, personale gentilissimo e cibo di qualità. I proprietari si sono ispirati ai campi tendati in Africa e sono riusciti nel loro intento. Tutto è progettato per rispettare la natura e impattare il meno possibile. Mi spiace averci trascorso solo una notte, meriterebbero 2 giorni per godere appieno dell’esperoenza.

Perfetto per rimanere qualche giorno ed escursioni
Il posto è meraviglioso ma difficile da raggiungere perché internet non c'è e quindi il gps non funziona e le indicazioni sono molto modeste. Inoltre deve essere più chiaro che si trova a 20 miglia dal gran canion Per il resto è un posto bellissimo anche se un po' caro

My husband and I stayed one night at Under Canvas Grand Canyon and we were thrilled with everything at the property. The staff was great, kind and nice at all time. Amenities were excellent. The property was gorgeous and all the activities such as yoga class or fire pit were excellent. I really recommend do not miss sunset or sunrise. It really is a GLAMping experience, every detail were excellent!

There was a beeping noise on and off late into the night, and none of us could sleep. When we reached out to the reception desk, they told us it was a fire alarm malfunction and maintenance was looking into it.. we had driven all day and were super exhausted. If they knew of the issue, why not give us another room. Will not return.

Im not into roughing it, but thoroughly enjoyed getting out into nature and trading my phone for a book. The nights were cold, but the wood stove kept our tent cozy and warm, and the smores by the fires were a great way to meet and chat with people. Hot shower in the tent also great! Staff wonderful, access to canyon wonderful, food surprisingly good.

Great experience at Under Canvas Grand Canyon! Tents were clean and spacious. Food was excellent! Daily activities for everyone in the family. Staff was courteous and attentive!

Not glamping rugged camping. Didn’t check the conditions of the tents, zippers were broken, lantern didn’t work. Child’s tent had no heat, fire should have been lit and quickly died down. Drinking water should have been in the tents. Shower had a pull cord. The area around the tents looked more like a camp site rather than a nature resort. Not good value for the money.

Top Erlebnis in einer wundervollen Natur. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der Preis für eine Übernachtung in „einem Zelt“. Ich kann verstehen das die Unterhaltungskosten nicht gerade niedrig sein werden für das Camp, aber die Preise sind schon echt extrem. Trotzdem war es das Erlebnis wert!

First time glamping and this is the way to do it. A great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The common areas are great and the hotel has different activities going on every day: yoga, s’mores, “paint and sip”. The main tent has a great restaurant.

The service was top notch, place would really well done. However late night arrivals did keep us up at night and bed was squeaky

We had a fabulous 5 night stay - gorgeous furnishings, exceptional service, great food options, incredible views, comfortable accommodations, real outdoor, off grid luxury glamping at its finest. Highly recommend.

Overall not very considerate or understanding!! Kitchen staff were very kind but the food tasted undercooked. If you plan to cancel make sure it’s before the 30 days of your stay! No refunds! This place made it seem that you aren’t far from attractions and in reality you are, an hour to south part of Grand Canyon. Also wasn’t easy to find! My overall experience is I would never stay again.

We had a fantastic time under the stars. We were fortunate that it was a clear night and we had a perfect view of the milkyway galaxy. Although the food was okay we were there for the outdoor experience. The tents were clean and really comfortable. The only issue i had was with the canvas, it had a small hole that seemed to created by a small animal but it’s expected being in the woods, my hope is that it gets patched. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay there again.

I booked through here and thought glamping would be a new experience for my husband and I. I read all the details and description given and looked at photos, so we said why not. The moment we got there, it looked pretty cool and the lady who helped us was extremely helpful and had a great attitude and personality. So no issues with regards to guest services. However, the moment we got into our “tent” it just went downhill from there. The tent looked disgusting, there were so many brown/wet spots all over, the floors were dusty, not to mention it was wood and not even sanded. You’d have to wear your shoes or bring slippers if you don’t wanna get a splinter. The sink and shower were awful, you have to hold the handle down the entire time to wash your hands and the shower you literally have to pull the chain and hold it in order for water to come down. The water was scorching hot and when I asked about if the water is gonna be like that the entire time, they said they could come and change the temp but more than likely would still stay the same. The bed was god awful!! It was extremely hot, sinks in so much and I swear the frame was going to break on and constantly squeaks from the littlest movement. You get a weak tiny little battery operated fan, a power bank that was barely half charged. They tell you that you can’t eat in the tent. They need to put all that info in the description because paying almost $1k for a deluxe tent for 2 nights was beyond ridiculous! Not worth it.

The property had great family fun with s’mores and corn hole, as well as nightly entertainment. Wish they had a few more family games like ping pong. We had two star gazing tents. My bed wasn’t positioned correctly to really see the stars, so it was disappointing. Tent itself was dirty. Pillows were cheap and terrible. Bed wasn’t comfortable either. It sunk in the middle. Just too expensive for the conditions of the actual tent.

This was a fun and unique experience. The staff was excellent and everyone was helpful and friendly. They had fun things to do on-site and offered options for near by activities too. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but guessing it was due to a full camp. all in all it was a great experience!!!

Under Canvas combines camping with the finer things in life. Comfortable bedding, a contained wood burning stove, and other nice amenities makes this a perfect camp site for those of us who like the finer things in life, but still want to connect with nature (just not quite so connected to the bugs, the elements, and the hard dirt floor!)

It was a unique experience. The tents were excellent, the landscape was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and did a great job, and the food was great. The only thing I could think of to improve this would be having bigger fireplaces. It does get cold at night and it would be nice to put more logs on the fire to last longer.
