“Overall, we had a nice stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It matched the listing well and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The biggest challenge was the check-in process. The door code we were given didn’t work, and it took longer than expected to get a response from management while we were trying to access the property. Once we got inside, everything went smoothly. The only other suggestion would be to add more storage for clothing. A dresser, luggage...

“Comfortable stay, location was perfect for our weekend stay between Traverse City & the Elk Rapids area. Dawn was communicative before and during our stay. Thanks!”

“The condo was smaller and that’s ok. It lacked in the details department. The pillows are old the bedding is old. The decorating could use some help. The beach area isn’t anything to get excited about. The water looked dirty. I didn’t go in. If you’re going to base your decision on having a beach I’d go elsewhere. The communication was great! The AC was awesome! The bed was very comfortable. It just lacked details. It needs a make over. Especially new pillows and bedding.”

“Came home for a week to visit family and this made us feel like home away from home! Perfect location to adventure throughout northern MI!”

“It met our basic needs for a three day stay in the area. Overall underwhelmed. For starters, we arrived at our appointed time to find the housekeeping staff still working on our room. It took over an hour to have it compete. Needless to say we got off to a bad start. Inside the room was clean and fairly well kept. It was smaller that we had imagined but it met our needs. The colors on the wall and the lighting made the place look drab and lacked the cheerfulness of the pictures. The unit...

“EXCELLENT service. Great communication, answered all questions.”

“It was okay. Some light bulbs out and the thermostats are old and were not very accurate.”

“Communication was good until I checked in. 15 minutes after I entered the condo another woman open the door and said she had rented it for the exact same time. I told her I was already unpacked. I communicated to the management team that there were no no pans, cutting board or knives in the condo to cook with. They did not call me or communicate. I took a ton of food to cook for three days and had absolutely nothing to cook.. This was not a camping trip I should not have had to bring supplies...

“Nice unit, clean and stocked with what you need.”

“This is the first 1 star review I've ever left, and it's warranted - not because of the property, but because of the poor communication, follow through and care from the management company. In short: - we were not able to check in at the 4p stated time. The unit was not ready until 5:30p - that is after we received an email offering us to check in at 3p for an additional fee.- we did not have bathroom soap, dish soap, dish towels, pot holders, extra paper towels (had half a roll on the roll) and...

“We were at the Grand Traverse Resort for a wedding. The unit was very comfortable for our group of 7 and the location was perfect! We appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will recommend the unit and will definitely stay again!!”

“There was a small piece of information that was inaccurate in the listing, but Meg updated it promptly. The condo is delightful decorated and there were many thoughtful details!”

“The toilet is too short, the bed is too low to the ground, the couch you sink in2 and had backache thru out our trip ... No communication after cancelation date arrived til day b4 we got there ... pool area very nice n the beach is pretty good !”

“We discovered that the dishwasher leaked and that the oven didn't heat to required temperature on our first morning at the property, July 28. I reported the issues that morning. The host responded July 39 at 20:30 p.m. with apologies only. The issues were never corrected after multiple contacts requesting updates. The host offered to reimburse us for meals. I have submitted images of receipts via email and have not received a response. The aerial proto of the property in the listing is...

“Beautiful condo. Great view. Great area. Easy check in. Very Quiet. ”
