Il Resort è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Con l'accesso a una spiaggia privata con le migliori viste del tramonto sull'intera baia, scoprirai che può essere anche molto romantico. Per gli amanti del golf questa posizione è d'obbligo. Letteralmente situato proprio su un bellissimo campo da golf, puoi svegliarti e salire sul green. Completamente rinnovato, il nostro condominio con 2 camere da letto al Grand Traverse Resort è spazioso e moderno e vanta un ampio terrazzo per godersi il campo da golf e il sole. L'accesso a una spiaggia privata per evitare la folla è incluso con l'ambiente meraviglioso che lo circonda, sedie a sdraio e altri servizi. 3 TV a schermo piatto (cavo incluso) nelle camere da letto e nella zona della famiglia. 2 letti king size e un divano letto queen-size. 2 bagno completo con area vanity. Cucina completa con microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura a 4 fuochi con forno, caffettiera, piastra elettrica, tostapane e bollitore. Questo bellissimo e spazioso appartamento al piano terra si trova appena fuori da East Grand Traverse Bay nella proprietà Grand Traverse Resort. Nei fine settimana in estate c'è musica dal vivo e un pozzo del fuoco con smores in spiaggia @ The Shores per una grande famiglia o un'esperienza romantica.

Sono disponibili soggiorni brevi, settimanali e mensili. Il Great Lakes Equestrian Festival è a meno di 5 minuti da questa posizione. Elk Rapids è a soli 10 minuti a nord di qui. Traverse City si trova a 7 miglia di distanza.

Non si può battere questa posizione per un facile accesso a tutte le attività divertenti che questa grande area ha da offrire. I festival abbondano in questa zona tra cui Traverse City Film Festival, birra, musica e vino Festival e The Cherry Festival. Fantastici negozi nei villaggi e nelle città sul lungomare.

The patio, which should’ve been the highlight of the condo, was rotted & warped so bad that the sliding glass doors leading out to it were bolted shut to prevent anyone from going out there. This wasn’t mentioned at all in the listing. In the bedroom, I couldn’t use the closet to hang up my clothes; it’s was somehow rigged to prevent the door from being opened. The building smelled. For a place associated with Grand Traverse resort, it was disappointing and massively overpriced.

Stay was okay

The door code was not included in the email or message instructions & could not get a hold of someone for about 30 minutes. Could not use the patio due to it being unsafe. I would have liked to be made aware if this before I booked & confirmed. There was a fireplace but no instructions on if it worked or not. For the price I paid expected more. Seems like a very old building but condo was clean & location was perfect.

Ok. Wrong directions given for obtaining entry key. Balcony unusable.No warning for 3rd floor apartment. 2nd bedroom was open loft, not private. Closet doors not in working order so closet unuseable in loft area. Dining room chair was broken & unusable.

Ladies trip

Very nice property in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable, unfortunately the fireplace was not working. Overall, the entire group enjoyed their get away and look forward to a redo next fall.

Grand Traverse Condos

Love the convenient Acme area and Grand Traverse Resort property - plenty to do in Acme, Elk Rapids, Traverse, Mission Peninsula, etc. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch golfers putting on the green-and the wildlife that came through this wooded area. We try to come to the area a couple times a year and have stayed at the resort as well as other condos.

Quick weekend get away

This condo was absolutely stunning. It was very clean throughout and the bedrooms had so much room! The location is also close to everything that you would want to do, eating, golf, running to the store, etc. We would definitely rent this location again!

Nice, clean condo in a good location. There are a couple maintenance issues that still have not been addressed on main level. The bedroom closet door could not be opened at all so had to hang clothes in living room closet; inconvenient. Main level shower head shoots water onto floor, could not adjust.

Won’t be staying here again

Location was good…Condo needed a lot of work…Here is a list: Master Bedroom closet does not open (Carpet to high), Dresser in master bedroom leaning so far forward we didn’t put our clothes in it for fear it would topple…No closet, no dresser. The sliding door in the living room does not lock. Many electrical outlets did not work. Porch lights on balcony did not work. Smoke detector is off of the wall upstairs. Upstairs bathroom shower head was disgusting! Main floor bathtub leaks The couch was disgusting and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Check out information was finally sent to us at 10am on DAY of checkout. These are just the issues we singled out. I would not stay here until all of these items were addressed.

Decent-ish place; maintenance is lacking

First of all, we have always had a great experience renting on VRBO, so this is our first-ever somewhat-negative review. Overall, the condo itself was as described...beds were comfortable; location is convenient; small deck overlooking a corner of the golf course. Surprisingly, it had a stacked washer/dryer, which is not even in the description. However, the construction quality is poor and due to mostly maintenance-type issues, we can only give this maybe 3.5 stars. The doors to the bedroom/bathroom couldn't be closed, due to warping/improper fitting in the door frames, the linen closet door was coming off its hinges, due to the same problem and we never could open the closet door in the downstairs bedroom, which was a big inconvenience. (A July review had the same complaint, so it’s inexcusable that this would still be the case a month later.) Dining area light bulb burned out; shower faucets drip constantly; and the public stairs (the unit is on the third level) carpeting is filthy/stained...not a great first impression. This is not a premium experience, for sure.

Poor Communication and Inaccurate Listing

Overall I would NOT recommend this property for the below reasons. Cons: - Listing is advertised as “completely renovated” but the only thing that was somewhat new was the LVT flooring and carpet. The furniture is old, walls and ceilings had cracks, doors were not aligned correctly and can’t be closed, and the condo seemed unusually humid our entire stay. - WIFI was not working the entire stay. We reached out to Christian and he told us to contact Grand Traverse Resort (GTR) and that was the only way to resolve the issues we were facing with the Wifi. We contacted GTR multiple times and they were no help and would not send anyone out to the condo to help resolve the issue. Christian stopped responding to our messages all together after we received no help from GTR. - Excessive amount of earwigs inside condo. We had to kill about 10 when we first arrived. - Shower heads were very dirty and seemed clogged as the water pressure was poor. - Main Floor Bedroom closet would not open. Outlet in bedroom had exposed wires/no face plate (fire hazard). - The air vents in the condo looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years (extremely dirty). Pros: - good location - plenty of parking for cars and boat trailer

Grand Traverse Getaway with a view

Wonderful condo with a location close or accessible to everything. The unit is equipped well for a short stay with a set of dishes, basic kitchen utensils, 2 king size beds and two bathrooms. The unit was clean and well maintained. If you are headed to the Traverse City area for golf (literally out the back door), wine tasting, the Sleeping Bear Dunes, or just exploring all that the Grand Traverse Bay area has to offer, this is a perfect property for your trip!

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 king condo

We had a great time at the Grand Traverse Resort condo along one of the golf course holes. Location was perfect and we could cross country ski right from the back of our condo. Everything was spotless and the pictures don’t lie. FYI, the 2nd bedroom is actually a loft overlooking the living room but it had its own bathroom and a king bed as did the main level bedroom. We would definitely book again.
