Cozy Traverse City Condo

Summary:
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This spacious condo is perfect for a family of four or a romantic couples getaway. Located just on the outskirts of East Grand Traverse Bay. This space is conveniently located only 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City giving you access to wineries, food and entertainment. It is minutes from beaches, breweries, casino, Elk lake, wineries & golfing. Next door to Grand Traverse Resort & just 6 minutes from Flintfields Horse Races.

The Space:
The condo has one bedroom with a King size bed and a pull out sleeper, that comfortably sleeps two, in the living area that has a covered foam pad for added comfort. Washer and dryer in unit! Cleaning supplies/detergent provided.

Other Things to Note:
We are just minutes from East Grand Travers Bay and West Grand Traverse Bay giving you access to plenty of beaches!

If you’re a golfer this is the perfect location! We are located right on Grand Traverse Resort golf course!

Interaction with Guests:
We are available via air bnb inbox for the duration of your stay! If you need anything or have any questions do not hesitate to reach out. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

Loved the location of this condo. The balcony was one of our favorite places to end the day. It had easy access to Traverse City and the many great restaurants and waterfront activities. Would recommend and would defintely stay again if available. Hosts were easy to contact when needed for how to use TV!

We rented to Condo for 3 days for a trip to Traverse city. The location was excellent and allowed for us to make day trips to the surrounding area. The place was clean and well maintained. We rate the location as a 10 and we will stay again if available when in the area.

Spent 3 nights in this cozy condo. It is situated along the 9th green of the Spruce Run golf course providing a great patio view. Very well-appointed and spacious with open floor plan.

Clean, well kept up condo…had an issue with the air conditioning, was told service man would be coming out after our departure, so that should be corrected for next guests….also was a few things I think should be added, we stay at a lot of rentals and I really missed not having a luggage rack in the bedroom, also a rug or bath mat in the bathroom, I would definitely stay here again as long as the air was working properly!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and plenty of blankets and linens were provided to make for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful. Immaculately clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary appliances and amenities including washer and dryer. Coffee maker yielded a bad taste and it should be either cleaned or replaced. Could have used a few more trash bags and lighting in bedroom was inadequate. No instructions as to operation of thermostat. Loved all the storage and closets. The deck and view from the sliders were great. Plenty of room much more than a hotel room. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend the unit. Made our 45th wedding anniversary extra special.
