“Hello. We booked this hotel literally for the hot tub for July 4-6. I called to make sure it was running July 1 & it was. My daughter hurt her back and my son hurt his knee at last baseball game right before I booked trip and we knew we’d be hiking at sand dunes and such and wanted the hot tub soooo badly. “I had a decent stay. However I had 2 separate charges on my credit card that I had to give for the normal room incidentals. I asked the staff about it, who told me it would then be taken off as long as everything was ok when I left. I checked out with no incident and later had a charge in my card. When I called to ask about it, I was told that it was a nightly parking fee. This was never mentioned nor was it publicized.
