Alla ricerca di una casa accogliente con accesso privato al lago Elk? Questo è!! La casa del Michigan settentrionale si trova a 7 miglia da Elk Rapids, a 8 chilometri da Williamsburg ea 16 chilometri da Traverse City.

La casa è stata rinnovata da cima a fondo con tutti i nuovi mobili, elettrodomestici e armadi riforniti con piatti e apparecchi di cottura. Il fascino originale dalle fondamenta in pietra al legno del fienile è caratterizzato da pareti e pavimenti in legno originali che contribuiscono a creare un luogo che amerai per il relax e la creazione di ricordi. È la dimensione perfetta per 4 persone con circa 1263 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale e un patio / patio di 266 piedi quadrati.

C'è una camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, 1 camera con un letto matrimoniale e 1 bagno. C'è anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La cucina è attrezzata con fornelli, frigorifero, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè Keurig, tostapane, piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole e padelle, e l'isola cucina mobile è fornita di tutto il necessario per cuocere se lo si desidera. Ci sono due punti di ristoro, uno in casa a un tavolo con altezza del bancone con sei posti a sedere e il tavolo sul ponte con posti a sedere per quattro. Se vuoi grigliare, c'è una griglia nel patio.

La zona soggiorno ha una TV da parete da 50 pollici, un divano, divanetto, tavolino da caffè e 2 tavolini di servizio centrati attorno ad un allegro tappeto.

Incluso con il noleggio è l'accesso al nostro accesso al lago Elk privato di 50 piedi. È tuo per la settimana da usare a tuo rischio.

This property is in a great location with easy driving distance to Elk Rapids, Traverse City, restaurants and shopping. The cabin was clean, airy, spacious and full of light. The furnishings and decor were lovely and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, baking and serving meals. I found my time spent there quiet and peaceful and enjoyed the beauty and access to Elk Lake. Barb and Dennis were kind and gracious hosts quickly responding to any requests. Putting it quite simply, I’m so looking forward to a return visit next year - one of my best vacations.

Loved our stay here over the 4th of July. Cottage is located close to everything we wanted to do (Traverse city, torch lake, elk rapids). Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Big field in front of the house was great for kids to play. The lake access is nice, bottom is rocky so suggest water shoes. Host was super nice and even brought us a bucket of fresh cherries from the orchard behind the house. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Barb’s home. It started with easy clear communication on the check in process, and we were greeted with snacks and fresh cherries upon arrival. The house is CLEAN, which is a rarity these days and so appreciated. Kitchen is fully stocked, fresh bath and beach towels. Thanks for having us!

The Cottage is very clean with a lake view and lake access. Sitting on the deck while looking at the lake and listening to the wind rustling through the leaves was so serene and relaxing. The Cottage is within minutes of a short car drive to both Elk Rapids and Traverse City for sight seeing trips, shopping or dining out. Enjoyable place to stay. Thank you.

Very clean cottage in a nice quiet area. Barb and Dennis are great hosts. We had plenty of room to park our boat and trailer. Elk Rapids is 3 miles away and has a nice beach which is near the main street with restaurants/shops and marina with food/drinks and a large lawn with corn hole and games for kids. Being from Northern Michigan I cannot say enough about this property. The lovely, very clean, renovated farmhouse tucked between orchards & Elk Lake had everything our family of 4 needed to enjoy the beauty & tranquility of the area. Coffee on the deck with a view of the lake, or a few steps to lounge with your toes in the water. Ten minutes to quaint downtown Elk Rapids, half hour to Traverse City, the location is fantastic!!! Fifteen minutes to DNR boat launch on Lake Skegemog. A great jumping off point to explore. Barb & Dennis were readily available, attentive and thoughtful! Snacks, coffee pods and fresh peaches (YUM), the little things:). Truly a peaceful peachy gem❤️

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this perfect cottage! It was beautifully updated with plenty of space for us all! The private access to Elk Lake made it possible for us to put our kayaks in with ease whenever we wanted. This cottage was one of the cleanest places we have every stayed with comfortable beds and we were in want of nothing. Every need was met. Barbara was quick with any communication and provided a personal touch. We especially enjoyed the delicious cherries upon arrival! Thank you, Barbara, for one our most delightful stays in one of our favorite spots Up North!
