Staff were very friendly and picked us up promptly at Kings Island. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was nice and they offered free all day coffee in the lobby.

Misunderstanding in the booking?
Unfortunately the only negative comment would be the bed solution for 4 people. The pull out bed for the third and fourth person is extremely uncomfortable (slept on coils and not on a mattress) . I don't know if this is a mistake that we made when we booked...perhaps it was possible to have had ...
