“Needs an Elevator ”

“I love hotels.com and have used for years. I do NOT like Onejey, who uses Expedia. I always request a room on the first floor if there is no elevator, as I have vertigo and my MIL has bad knees. Stairs are dangerous. Unfortunately my last couple of months of travelling the message is not conveyed from the reservation through, I think, Expedia or something. Yes the rooms are good but I always hope I don’t fall down stairs because the message was not forwarded. ”

“The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. One thing that can be improved is pillows and bed sheets (pillows were flat and the fit of the sheets could be improved). ”
