“Check in was fast and easy , the room was very clean and I overall throughly enjoyed my stay”

“Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer.”

“The jets did not work, the sofa bed had bare wooden planks visible on each side of pullout not safe for my son to sleep, apple juice left in fridge when we checked in, dirty carpet $150 incidental fee for one night is way overpriced (I paid $75 at Marriot villas for 1/nite deposit) $4 soda vending machine insane ! Couldn’t door dash wine! Wouldn’t go back not worth what they present”

“We enjoyed our stay. Place is clean and modern. The staff were great. The microwave went out and they were helpful offering a new room. I passed on the offer since we were exhausted from our travels. The next day another staff member let me know they were replacing the microwave. Amazing service! ”

“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”

“Our room was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. One staff person, a gentleman named Irving, was at the front desk when we checked in. He was STELLAR! The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Our only problems were that the common areas(hallways, elevators, etc.) were dirty. all needed a good vacuum.”
