“When I picked this hotel it showed a nice room with king size bed and couch and clean. When we got there,no King size bed and no couch in the room. Room was disgusting and outdated. Several bugs in the room.”

“The proximity of the hotel to the Ark Encounter is GREAT! A shuttle across the parking lot to the Encounter entrance would be an amazing addition to consider.
Breakfast was delicious. A great variety to choose from for children and adults. Would suggest adding additional seating; possibly
6-10 more seats.
I would recommend staying here. I will plan to stay here again on my next visit.”
