I had to call corporate they didn't refund my money I wouldn't recommend no one to sleep there it was horrible tv didn't work at all

This was the worst motel I have stayed at. The security door is off the hinges. The fire alarm beeped every 30 seconds because it needed a battery change. The rooms smell of smoke and the faucet hung into the sink. I was told that the “alarm is no problem”. Later the manager said “it’s your problem if you can’t sleep through this and it is a state requirement to have this beeping for security”. I was offered a new room. So we left the hallway that felt like a drug den. The next room smelled the exact same as the first. I asked if she allowed smokers in all rooms and she said they were non-smoking. The smell exacerbated my husband’s asthma. We contacted Expedia who was helping us cancel. They spoke with the manager who insisted I look at another room. He lead me to a room that did not smell of smoke stating they only save a few of the rooms that are “truly” non-smoking. We settled in. Later we find that the door doesn’t close… even after slamming it with my body weight. Luckily my husband managed to close the door after scraping up his hand. Further, the water is well water and undrinkable. They also gave us 1 towel for 2 people. For those of you who are staying at this Motel 6 because of Motel 6’s “Pets Always Stay Free” policy, pick an alternate hotel. They have $50 daily pet fee plus a security charge (I believe $250). Put your paycheque towards a different hotel and save yourself a headache.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Check in was at 3pm we made it in at 3:40pm to be told we have to wait another 30minutes. We then went back to our family house came back later that evening to go to our rooms and lay down to find dirty sheets with stains, hair, and burned holes in the comforter. We called the office to bring clean sheets just to get a new set of dirty sheets. We went down to the office to complain and ask for clean sheets to come back to the room and get more dirty ash burned sheets. We ended up going to Walmart to buy our own sheets to sleep on. After we had to Lysol the room down, mop the floor, clean the bathroom. There was dust all over the furniture. The shower doesn’t get hot water but the sink does. The walls had stains on them. It sucks because there is only two motels and one hotel which was booked. Motel 6 corporate probably needs to send them new sheets as it seems they have none.

This Motel 6 was disgusting..Our bed sheets where stained when we got there..The front desk and area was dirty and our room smelled horrible..Definitely don’t recommend this motel!

This property is awful in all respects. I booked a room with a king bed, and got one with 2 queens that liked nothing like what was pictured. The linens are stained, dingy and unpressed. The rooms are undecorated. The towels are not fit to be dust rags. The bathroom is unfinished and had no amenities whatsoever. The room had no lamp just a ceiling light operated from the rooms doorway. Had I not been exhausted from a medical treatment and the 10 hour drive I would have left immediately.

This property is a nightmare. The bedding had cigarette burn holes in it and several stains. I asked to change them to new ones and the new pair i got had several stains as well. The TV and the room phone DID NOT WORK. There were no towels provided and by the time I noticed the office was closed. Bathroom was very dirty with the drain coming off leaving an exposed hole in the shower. Everything was either dirty or didn't work.
