Old Glory - NEWER LISTING / FULLY RENOVATED

In the heart of Williamstown, you will find another charming home - sister to "Gray's Landing" with 5 star reviews (Property ID 1802892). This 1200 sq foot 2 BR/2BA home has been completely renovated, boasting beautiful original hardwood floors and is available February 2022. Conveniently located 2.4 miles to the Ark Encounter & 44 miles to Creation Museum, you will find everything you need right here to kick back, relax & enjoy some personal or family time.

The Space:
Guests will have access to the entire house, except the basement. The spacious great room provides comfortable seating to socialize, watch the 55” TV over the fireplace or sit around the farmhouse kitchen table and enjoy a meal or sip coffee or hot cocoa. A queen size bed completes each of the 2 bedrooms, along with a closet, 40” TV, dresser and a comfy chair. The house sleeps 4 comfortably with an additional adult or 2 children on the sofa pullout for total of 6. The 2 bathrooms are each stocked with plush towel sets (6 total sets), a hair dryer, toilet paper, tissues & starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). The washer & dryer are available should you need to launder clothes, a small supply of laundry detergent is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs, complete with new appliances. A keurig is provided, along with several coffee k-cups, creamer & sugar. Finally, the front and back porch you will find cushioned chairs & lighting for your outdoor pleasure. There are no stairs inside the home, however, there are 4 steps from the driveway to the front porch to enter the home.

Very nice home! Very clean. Newer appliances. Loved the decor and attention to detail in each room. Location was great for visiting the Ark Encounter, a couple of miles away. Would definitely recommend to others.

Everything was as advertised. The house was well stocked and everything was immaculate. The location was very close to the Ark and only a short drive to the Creation Museum. Restaurants were nearby and we really enjoyed Beans cafe and bakery. The bottom line- our stay was fantastic

So Cute and Homey!

Great place to stay! Everything was perfect! Only thing not exceptional was water pressure and we ran out of hot water while showering when both showers going! Other than that-would absolutely stay here again!! Safe and Lovely neighborhood!! Nice Home away from home and very close to The Ark!!

Old Glory is the best

This house is excellent! The property owner was very nice and communicative. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit The Art Encounter, The Creation Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. Definitely recommend!!

Old Glory

It was a blessing to stay here for our family trip to the Ark Encounter. Everything here was comfortable and exceptional. My wife really enjoyed all the small touches throughout the house. Just all around a great stay, we even woke up each morning to the driveway shoveled and salted! They thought of everything! Don’t pass on the opportunity to stay here you won’t regret it. The owners were great with all our questions and needs. Thank you for making this a memorable experience for me and my family
