Unfortunately, this property is neglected. The description is also misleading. It appears to be a place someone purchased for rental purposes and little upkeep is happening. However, the lake is pretty, it’s quiet, and the dock is in good shape. There aren’t 5 bedrooms. There are three. Some of the sofas pictured should have legs. They don’t. So if you sit on those sofas, you’re about 6 inches off the floor. Very hard to get up, unless you’re about 10. There were 5 dining room chairs, the 6th was broken and in the garage. The large coffee table pictured was also broken and in the garage. The head board pictured in the master suite was also in the garage. Probably broken. For dining we had to bring metal chairs from outside into the house. Bar stools broken.None of the remotes worked. They didn’t have batteries. So no TV. We probably could have bought some batteries or asked for replacements but by that point we were just laughing at all the things wrong with the place. The fireplace glass looked like it was broken in pieces. We didn’t try to use it. No heat or A/C as far as we could tell but there was a portable unit in an upstairs bedroom that had a cardboardsurroumd to fit in the window frame to make it ‘airtight’. Interesting fix. Two nights we were there were stifling.Pictures and fixtures and glass globes missing throughout the house. The pool was dirty when we got there. Someone came and cleaned it and turned it on the day before we left. No directions for WiFi.
