The only downside was that the elevator was down, but that was disclosed to us at booking. My wife and I had no problems, but definitely wouldn’t work for someone who has trouble on stairs until the elevator is repaired.”

“I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

The house was warm and inviting, and we really enjoyed the welcome cookies and the fresh eggs . Will definitely stay here again.”
