“Very peaceful and calm place to stay ”

“I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

“The room had a “stuffy smell” to it and when you open the pantry door a tremendous “curry” smell came out. We couldn’t go out to the patio because there were a lot of bugs.Tina was great and very prompt but overall , the location and atmosphere of the property was not as enjoyable based on pictures and description.”

“The Condo was clean and well equipped. Beautiful lighting. Elevator access to third floor was great! Right on the water right next to the Riverboat Dinner Cruse. All good!”
