“Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...

“Rooms were NOT clean. left with bites all over arms and legs. Probably bed bug infested. There’s mold and dirt everywhere. Sheets are stained. Appliances barely worked. Wish I had a way to get money back but no one answered the customer service line to even help. I wish I could leave no stars it was THAAAAAT bad.”

“The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...
