“be vary cautious when staying at this hotel. we booked a room with two double beds and after arriving to the room, as the blanket was pulled back we noticed an actual bedbug. this is a serious cleanliness issue for us so we went to the front desk to request either a refund or to be moved to another room since it was 2am and finding another place to stay was not possible at the time. the night shift clerk was extremely rude and kept telling my friend to be quiet and that she would not talk to her...

“Roaches, Roaches, Roaches. Do not stay here. The rooms are dirty. I arrived with no shower curtain, half a roll of toilet paper, the room smelled musty. I woke up at 1am and found the kitchen full of roaches. Hotel offered another room but if roaches are in one room, they are in the hotel. They’re huge roaches. Manager Would not refund money either. Terrible service and disgusting hotel.”

“Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole nonostante il fatto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola che sembravano usate. La persona al desk e' stata responsive e gentile. L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”

“House staff didn't come in to refresh towels and make up beds. Didn't know that they didn't do this daily. Front desk was friendly on check in. Kitchen staff was just going thru the motions. overall condition of floors and carpets look as if they need a good cleaning. carpets in lobby, hallways and the couch in lobby were very dirty. much dirtier than 6 months ago when we stayed.”
