“Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). ”

“I book this hotel because they have free shuttle service from/to Hahn airport, but when i call to book, the “”very unfriendly staff”” ask me to call directly the driver, that told me i had to book 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WHICH IS, IN MY OPINION, ABSURD !!! The room was not bad, but THERE WERE 4 SPIDERS, and that means they don’t clean Good. In addition the water in the shower was only warm. I’m a very frequent traveller and I won’t suggest this hotel, for this price find something else !! ”

“Very modern and spacious room. Plenty of space for the family to feel comfortable. Surprisingly modern inside with a fan/light in the main bedroom and comfortable beds in both rooms. Spacious toilet with an amazing shower. The view from the terrace is special overlooking the Moselle river. This area in Germany is a hidden gem. The town itself the hotel is in is beautiful and so is Cochem. Would definitely come again and stay in the same hotel”

“Wir hatten ein sehr schönes langes Familienwochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr freundlicher - und vor allem kinderfreundlicher - Wirt, mit viel Verständnis für ein mässig gut gelauntes Kleinkind. “Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...
