“It was nice , each morning loved looking out the window to the trees in the garden, it made my retreat what I wanted . Location was nice, near restaurants, stores and a short drive to the beach ”

“Was easy to find and access to unit was easy. Perfect little place for a vacation get away. Pull out couch is very easy to use and extra bedding is available along with towels. Kitchen is well stocked with everyday essentials. Washer and dryer available in the unit which is much needed. Pool available behind the unit was ok but definitely needed to be maintained more. The other pool about a 2 minute walk was much better. Parking is hit or miss, only had one day we couldn’t park. The unit was...

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”

“We stayed at Jody’s place as part of a stop on a longer trip. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming when we arrived. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with a garden atmosphere. The house itself was stocked with everything we could need and was super clean. Overall, it was a perfect place to stop along our way, and we appreciated the peaceful environment! ”

The place is super close in walking distance to some of the best restaurants coffee shops, bars, grocery stores and attractions of downtown Wilmington NC.
