“Central location in Wilmington, NC. The accommodations were basic but comfortable. I booked it as a VRBO booking . I knew it was a motel, as we had stayed there before, in a smaller room, but I would have thought as a VRBO booking that there would have been basic kitchen amenities/supplies. There was nothing. “Close to the Riverwalk. Unit was clean and had everything needed for our two day stay. Check in/check out process was easy. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold for us to enjoy the balcony. The house itself is very old.”

“Property was as advertised. All required items you may need available in the kitchen with a full size fridge. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon/evening cocktails overlooking the River. The parking garage was a couple of blocks away but this is not a problem since you can stop by the apartment to drop off and load up the car. All in all a great few days.”

The place was very clean when we arrived and was well organized with all the items offered. The whole stay the host gave recommendations that were appreciated and very nice.
