  • Bellissimo casale parte vecchia stile oceano con sorprendente vista sul canale e sul tramonto che dispongono di aggiornamenti stupefacenti pronte per voi e la vostra famiglia di godere e fare i ricordi. I pirati sono la mia passione e così sta facendo un posto comodo per voi e la vostra famiglia a godere veramente la serenità di Carolina Beach. Dalla sua vecchia scheda di moda a piedi la vicinanza a Wilmington ognuno troverà qualcosa che amano di venire alla spiaggia! Solo alcuni dei servizi:
    1. Doccia esterna con acqua calda!
    2. Lo spazio di archiviazione al piano di sotto - portare la vostra bicicletta! Ha anche sedie a sdraio e giocattoli.
    3. enorme terrazzo con una splendida vista sul canale. C'è un tavolo da pic-nic per la cena o il pranzo e sedie per il relax. La brezza è sorprendente.
    4. Aprire zona giorno con divano componibile enorme e pranzo per sei persone. Guardare le foto - non rendono giustizia.
    5. cavo espanso con DVR e connessione Internet wireless.
    6. Cucina aperta con bar per la colazione e nuovo di zecca elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.
    7. Espansione pentole e padelle per cucinare i pasti a casa. Save $$$!
    8. Biblioteca DVD.
    9. Addobbata Pirate Bagno - arrrrgh.
    10. Lavatrice e asciugatrice.
    11. Parcheggio coperto.
    12. Così vicino alla spiaggia.
    13. Conservare per tutti quegli elementi perse nel cortile sul retro. Oh, ti sei dimenticato di burro - check out il negozio!
    14. Nuovo sistema HVAC per l'aria fredda. (E unità finestra di backup, nel caso)
    15. Brand New ventilatori a soffitto in entrambe le camere.
    16. Matrimoniale con letti queen size in entrambe le camere. Uno ha una TV con cavo espanso.
    17. Animali domestici (solo essere bella e pick up dopo ... cacca non è abbastanza!).
    18. Giochi da tavolo solo nel caso in cui si desidera un po 'di divertimento in famiglia!
    19. Di fronte al ponte di accesso del pubblico sul canale - è possibile guardare le barche che passano.
    20. Un cortile con grill - cucinare! (Carbone e gas per il 2015)
    21. Cornhole Forum - Pirate Style.
    22. Cos'altro ti serve? Fammi sapere!
    23. Cortile per giocare a ... comprare una piscina temporanea, se si vuole. Funziona! :)

Another great stay at Carolina Beach. We love the house location. It’s perfect size for our family of 3. Very clean and well stocked. The host is amazing and A communication. Hope to stay again soon

We came here with my daughter and some of her friends for her 16th birthday. The check in did not go so well when we were sent all the info for the incorrect place and people were in the home and it took almost an hour to figure it all out. We eventually were given the correct info for the place that was booked and it was right down the street so not too bad of an adjustment. The place was great once we got there and settled. Super close to the beach and great porch right outside of kitchen/living area. Ice maker didn't work so just bought multiple bags of ice which was fine. Thank you for having us in your vrbo.

Super easy check in and out. Loved the property and how close it was to the beach. It's also very difficult to find a house with a dog who is a barker, but since this is far enough away from others he could bark his heart out. Loved the porch and the house was very beach friendly. Parking was the easiest I've seen at Carolina as well.

Loved the Location

Beautiful sunsets over the canal & easy beach access made this a great place to stay. Nice roomy accommodations. We loved the deck on warm days, tho with all the breeze it tends to get dirty out there

The upgrades were nice..clean, nice tv, roku update. Mattresses need upgraded would be my only recommendation. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing location

You cannot get a better location for the price. You can see the beach from the balcony and a corner store half a block away. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great house for small kids or babies.

Perfect last minute spring house for our family! Location is great, just a quick block walk to the beach and views of the canal from the deck. We loved the deck and sat out there often, our dog especially loved laying out there, and there is a gate so it was perfect for her. It is also centrally located between the pier and the boardwalk so we were able to bike to both. North End mini mart is right in front and we had coffee from there everyday. (It is currently under construction so there is some construction debris and such next door at the moment).The house over all was clean, cute and well stocked. I loved that even the couches had sheets available in the closet. One child did sleep on the couch and he loved it. The outdoor shower is a great addition. Lots of items in the closet below you can use such as corn hole.Rebecca is a wonderful host, she knew we were coming in late and left a light on for us. She is very responsive to messages and questions and even had new bags for the corn hole sent over when we asked. If we return to Caroline Beach in the future we would rent this home again.

Great Stay

This property could not be more convenient to everything we needed. It is in a great location. We are a family of 4 plus our dog. Kids are 5 and 7. Beach access was so easy and the main drag/boardwalk are minutes away. The property provided everything we needed.

This was our first trip to CB. Thank you, Rebecca, for this rental. We were so pleased. Description of the property was accurate. It was a great location and perfect for my family. Home was well stocked and very pleased with the cleanliness. The owners communication was A. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. I hope to rent again next year. Thank you

Location is perfect - walkability score is 10/10. Quite neighborhood with friendly people. Home desperately needs deep cleaning and is in disrepair. It's neither attactive or comfortable. Couch is dirty & stained. Bathroom rugs were filthy. Walls, cabinets & doors are a mess. Bathroom fixtures are coming out of the wall. Water roaches were really bad. Just very disappointed and cannot recommend.

We would love to stay here again

Jane was great with communicating with me before our stay, during and after. Thank you Jane! I was able to text her my suggestions on improving the property. She was available and quick to respond. We stayed here during the recent Tropical Storm Ophelia (?), 9/21/23, and while we were indoors for a couple of days, the place was insulated well, and it was pretty neat to listen to how the weather played out. Keep in mind to those expecting a ‘castle’, that this property has more of the beach cottage vibe. It was what we wanted. There were three adults and our mini dog, a service dog, and it helped having a washer n dryer on-site. The coffee and mini store behind this property, made me a couple great omelettes! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Hambrick Beach Trip

If I could, I would have taken the home back to Virginia with me. It is exactly what I am looking for! I loved the beach home and the location! So close to the beach and watching the boats in the canal with the lights at night - beautiful! It was a perfect set up for us because our basset hound is almost completely blind and she was able to maneuver the house so well. No inside steps were great too! The outside porch was perfect to sit on and read or watch the thunderstorms pass by. We had NO BUGS!!! It was amazing! I also liked this stretch of beach because it is wide and smooth and with a lifeguard. We really appreciated the Italian Ice guy who rolled by on the beach everyday!! I will definitely be coming back to this home! It was our first time at Carolina Beach and we loved it. I will spread the word to all of my friends. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home!

Disappointed!

The location was amazing. Great views, short beach walk. CONS- The floors were swept but not mopped (kids feet were black after walking around) The couch was covered in white dog hair. Luckily I had enough sheets to cover it. All of the couch pillows were stained. I put all of them in the closet while we were there. I’m surprised more complaints weren’t made about the cleanliness. Fridge had smudges all over it, the bathroom smelt of urine and mildew. The shower curtain should be washed, and liner should be changed after a few stays to avoid the smell (you can see mold on the bottom of it) Also the washer does not fill up with enough water to wash a load. The umbrella was broken. I asked the owner to please drop one off the next day. She asked if I could go buy one and she’d reimburse me. I ended up renting each day because it was easier. Also, it isn’t my job to run and get one for her to have for future guest. Unprofessional! I chose this house so I wouldn’t have to bring beach toys or run out and “grab things” I have 2 small kids.. There were only 3 chairs provided for the beach. Only one was a “beach chair” the other 2 were wooden folding chairs. I could go on but you get the point. The house is probably cleaner now than it was before I got there. Been home for 2 days. My youngest daughter and I are both sick with the stomach bug. I assume it’s from the poor cleaning jobs that are done. Zero disinfecting or bleach used here. LAZY cleaner. Don’t recommend.

Good trip. Beautiful place.

The house is in an amazing spot. It is a very nice location and the layout is nice as well. The wrap around porch is amazing. The packet that the owners send is slightly confusing. There is also a lot of what appears to be the owners items at the house which when having kids can make you nervous. For sure would stay at the location again though.

Summer Vacay

This was our second summer at the house. What can I say, “location, location, location”! The perfect breakfast spot on the corner. A two minute walk to the beach. We are definitely coming back for a third year.

Great location

Easy transaction. Simple directions and wealth of information about the locale area. only complaint is that the decking had several nails coming loose ( with toddlers hard on barefeet): restaurants in local area do not do take-out and we had a hard time finding food to go. owner indicated to bring own linens/ towels but there was plentiful at the residence. Great Great location. Very quiet ( soundproofed, didn't really hear the busy street).
