We enjoyed this house it had everything listed , it was about 15 minutes from UNCW where our granddaughter goes . We gathered at the house and had family time with her and she got some home cooked meals and played some games. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet. We really loved the place thanks for sharing it with my family.

This stay was a complete letdown. It was not clean when we arrived — stains on the carpet, spider webs, mold in the shower, and even a booger on the wall above the bed. There was no toilet paper, no towels in sight (we eventually found them damp in the dryer), and the house felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a while.The furniture was completely different from what is shown in the pictures. The couch looked like it had the legs removed and it was sitting about a foot off the ground. Definitely not what we thought we were paying for, and honestly felt scammed.We reached out to the host, and while they initially responded saying they'd look into a refund, we have never heard back after 4 days. Instead, we got an automated message asking us to leave a 5-star review to help their ranking.Save your money — this place is definitely not as advertised and certainly not worth the exorbitant price.

Great location and drive to Carolina and Kure beach. Quiet with a large back yard and space to stretch out on the back porch after a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed, not as expected

Overall, property poorly maintained. Lack of towels (we arrived to wet towels in dryer). questionable cleanliness of bedding, walk-in closet had extra needed sheets that were not laundered, couches in need of cleaning (did not have a pleasant smell), unfinished flooring leading to hallways, could not use garage (filled with household items) and above washer/dryer there was paint and paint thinner not securely stored.

Thanksgiving In Wilmington

My family all agreed that we had the best sleep ever. It offered all the comforts of home and we all had our own space. The host was very accommodating and communication was top tier. The home was only a couple of blocks from where our family was having Thanksgiving dinner. So it was so convenient .

Absolutely Amazing

We had a great weekend get away to Wilmington! The home was absolutely amazing and walking distance to the neatest grill and bar! Would highly recommend. The host was very accommodating and we look forward to booking with him again!
