Giovanna, Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry about your experience during your stay. We're going to modify the property info to remove the A/C. Getting the install coordinated upfront is difficult unless we're in the house just before the guests. (It's only the 2nd time that A/C has been installed since we've been renting the house for 5 years). We've talked with our cleaner, and hopefully we have a more thorough job done prior to others coming in. Normally we find that she does a great job, but that clearly wasn't the case for your stay. Sorry again for the poor experience, and let us know if there is a chance to make it up on a future trip up to the region. Hopefully we could show you all the positives of the place without the major hiccups that occurred during your recent trip. Thanks, Mariana & Chris

Thanks for the feedback. We got around to replacing the furniture in the living room and everything should be a lot more comfortable if you stay with us again.

Sorry that the roads weren't too clear when you stayed. It normally takes about 15 minutes to get to Mt. Snow parking from the door. If there is a bigger storm the drive time does go up (but the skiing gets better too!)
