Early Busby - Casa unifamiliare contemporanea sul suono con vasca idromassaggio

Il massimo del lusso! Contemporanea casa unifamiliare che offre 2 master suite ognuna con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Il primo piano ha accesso al garage e al foyer inferiore. Al secondo piano troverai tutti gli spazi abitativi. C'è un ampio soggiorno, ottimo per la serata al cinema di famiglia. Hai anche la sala da pranzo, perfetta per tutta la cena in famiglia. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno per preparare la cena insieme e ci sono posti a sedere in bar in cucina per spazio extra! C'è anche un grande schermo in veranda, così come posti a sedere sul balcone aperto. A questo livello si trova anche la prima master suite con un ampio bagno privato, tra cui una vasca idromassaggio.

Al piano superiore hai le altre 3 camere da letto. Due camere da letto ciascuna hanno due letti singoli. C'è anche un letto singolo con rotelle situato nell'alcova sopra le scale. La seconda master suite ha anche un letto king size e un bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio. C'è anche un bel balcone frontale, perfetto per godersi la brezza serale o una tazza di caffè mattutina.

Situato sul lato sano della spiaggia, all'estremità nord dell'isola. C'è un molo privato e un molo per una piccola barca o moto d'acqua. Mazzi spaziosi e schermati in veranda. Tramonti sensazionali. Accesso alla spiaggia nelle vicinanze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roomy house for 9. The view makes the place. The house had everything you would need. A little outdated but a great rental. The cleaning staff came after our arrival so it was definitely not clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view of the sound, the dock and the screened porch. The house is very well equipped and has a great layout for 2 families. We did have water issues with gray water and grit in the tubs when the hot water was used and this was a problem throughout the week. Bathroom plumbing needs to be updated...downstairs master shower was basically a trickle and the temperature was hard to regulate. Overall, the house is clean and has been maintained. Updating is needed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location overlooking the waterway. It's a great place from which to go paddle boarding and kayaking when the tide is up. It's also an easy walk to the beach. However, the "sleeps 10" is a bit misleading as the sofa bed in the loft really is not good for 2 people and one of the children had to sleep on an air mattress in the large walk in closet. It is also frustrating that although it "sleeps 10" the table only seats 6 and we brought a card table and extra folding chairs so that we can all eat dinner together. The decor is lovely and the place is bright and cheery but the DVD player did not work.

Wonderful getaway for a group

Roomy for eight with a little daybed alcove if someone needs their own space. Terrific bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. Well supplied kitchen and an extra fridge downstairs for overflow. And the long pier reaches out to the bird-filled marsh. The. house is clean and linens supplied. We couldn’t be happier.

It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach; the beach wagon helped a lot. We enjoyed the option of screened vs sun decks. We had a wonderful vacation!

The home is beautifully appointed, roomy enough for 8-9 adults, well supplied in the kitchen, and situated on the sound and a quick walk across the street to the sugar sand beach. IntraCoastal was very responsive to a request during our stay. We would rent this lovely home again.

All was fine with the exception of the tv and Internet service. Each tv requires a couple of remotes and a page of instructions to turn it on. This year the internet service was so slow that we had to go to Panera to get a connection to use for work. Other than the tech stuff, everything was wonderful.

The property has been well kept and if feels like a home - not just a sterile rental property. Last time we used the kayaks. We expected them again so it was disappointing to see them chained up. Otherwise very nice stay.
