Benvenuti in "Carolina Winds", la nostra seconda casa che selettivamente affittiamo a ospiti, referenti e amici.

Questo condominio di seconda fila dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni e vista sull'oceano e sul canale. I servizi includono piscina privata, TV via cavo, WiFi, schermo piatto a LED da 46 ", TV a schermo piatto in entrambe le camere, lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size a carico frontale, ripiani in granito e un ponte di grandi dimensioni (14x20) perfetto per l'esterno cenare e guardare i fuochi d'artificio. Un letto matrimoniale in ogni camera, un divano letto matrimoniale e un divano letto singolo / sedia possono ospitare fino a 7 adulti e pack-n-play si prenderà cura del neonato o del bambino. Il condominio è ben arredato con divertenti colori da spiaggia ed è un posto fantastico per una vacanza in famiglia, una fuga romantica o un fine settimana per ragazze.

Questo condominio ha più punti di accesso alla spiaggia direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. Non è necessario caricare il minivan; l'area di stoccaggio comprende boogie board, sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone e secchi per la costruzione di castelli di sabbia!

Siamo a 5 minuti a piedi a nord del Boardwalk che presenta le famigerate Ciambelle di Britt, giostre stagionali, negozi e ristoranti, fuochi d'artificio il giovedì sera e altre festività importanti e film della domenica sera sul lago. A pochi isolati dal condominio si trova la Marina con partenze giornaliere in charter di pesca, crociere al tramonto, crociere con cena e noleggio barche.

Beautiful Beach Condo

We had a wonderful stay at the condo!!! And the view is absolutely gorgeous, especially when you can see a rainbow out on the ocean during a shower! We had was with the toaster and we no problem getting in touch with Brad and he told us to go ahead and toss it and he would get another one order!!! He was a phenomenal host!!!!

Fantastic place to stay!

This condo was fantastic! It was better than we expected! There are 6 flights of stairs (7 steps each flight) up to the 3rd level. But the ocean from view is definitely worth it! Very nice deck w/table & chairs is great for outdoor dining. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything needed! Pool very nice & a short walk to the beach! Only about 10 minute walk to restaurants & boardwalk. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our couples weekend get away. It was clean, spacious, and located conveniently to the beach, restaurants, and shops. After a few negative reviews about cleanliness we were concerned but found the property to be in top shape for or stay. There was a closet with beach items and chairs that was an added bonus. It was alot of stairs to get to the condo but the reward was amazing views and an awesome balcony. We would stay here again and would 100% recommend.

Needs a very deep clean

I had a wonderful time at Carolina Beach as always. Condo was perfectly situated deck is amazing convenient to all of our favorite spots for food and drink. Needs a very deep clean. Attention to some of the back railing is needed. Garbage disposal needs attention overall a nice day just a very dirty condominium.

Girls trip

Condo had everything we needed and was in a convenient location to stores, boardwalk, airport, ect. The walk up the flights of stairs was worth having the view on the top to see the ocean! Pool was nice to have to cool off. There was also a closet down below that the unit had with beach chairs and beach supplies, we appreciated that! Great communication with the owner when I had a couple questions! Would rent again!!!

Great location and size for our group!

The location of the condo is perfect - an easy walk across the street to the beach, and about a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk/restaurants, which made it very convenient for our group to get around. The size of the unit was good, and when we reached out for an extra set of sheets for the pullout couch in the living area, the host was very quick to reply and accommodate! Some things to note: (1) As others mentioned in reviews, the wall air vents were pretty caked up with dust/mold, and the air was very musky when we arrived. We had to air it out for a bit and even purchased air fresheners to try to cover the smell. (2) The condo does not come with very many amenities. You can read the description and see that no toiletries are provided, which is fine, but there was only one extra roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and there was no hand soap or dish towels to wipe down dishes. We ended up purchasing these things ourselves for the weekend, along with the air fresheners. (3) The sheets come from a cleaning company wrapped in plastic (which is actually reassuring to know they're fresh and clean), but that meant we had to make the beds ourselves. I guess it's expected when you choose to stay at a house instead of a hotel, that cleaning is involved, but making your own beds and purchasing your own cleaning supplies is a bummer. I could have asked the host for these things, but didn't want to be a burden since they were not local. Just some things to consider if you book here!

Great location…cleanliness was very lacking

We were excited for our beach vacation. When we arrived at the condo, the AC was on and was we were grateful, as it was a hot day. We had an issue getting on the WiFi but with a quick message to the host, we were able to get connected. We were there for about 2 hours before things went south. We were filling up the ice trays, when we noticed that the garbage disposal side of the sink was retaining water. We flipped on the garbage disposal and it would not work. We tried to use the reset button on the disposal but it still would not work. My husband reached in the disposal and discovered that there was a lot of leftover food in it. He pulled out a moldy meatball and refused to stick his hand back in there. I messaged the host a few times over the next 3 days about the issue as the condo started to smell bad as a result. Brad got back to me very quickly but unfortunately he was unable to get a maintenance guy over there before we left. When we went to take a shower the first night, we noticed that there was black mildew on the shower heads in both bathrooms. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. It was up in the coldest setting but would barely keep drinks cool. The freezer did work. The AC filter was disgusting. We found unwashed towels in the washer and there were stains on the bed linens. Overall, the host was nice and responsive, location was great, but the cleaning crew was subpar. I would suggest leaving a binder with WiFi passwords and gate codes.

Perfection

This place could not be more perfect. Locationally a 2 minute walk to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk to get breakfast or lunch. We had a large group and it accommodated all of us perfectly. Whenever we had a question about anything, Brad answered within 5 minutes (even at 11pm). So thankful for that! We will be back!
