Gorgeous 3 story beach home with stunning ocean views!

Cb “Sea-Flat” is an absolutely lovely 3 story beach house with breathtaking ocean views. It’s a 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, and 3 porch home. Each floor has its own bedroom and full bath.
First floor: Garage and house entrance. Bedroom has full size bed with connecting full bath.
Second floor: spacious living room, and fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor dining room on porch, seating for 4 at kitchen island. Bedroom has twin bunk beds with twin trundle. Full bath.
Third floor: Master suite bedroom has queen bed and massive bathroom with double sinks and walk-in spa style shower. Sprawling covered deck with ocean views, smells and sounds. Smaller back covered porch as well.

This wonderful side by side tri-level home is located on a quiet safe street that is an easy 1-1/2 short blocks to the beach (one minute walk even with small children).

**Disclaimer: we are in the middle of making some changes and updates to our property. Some furniture, and artwork will be different. Please feel free to ask any questions. Will update pictures soon.

**Bed linens are provided for all beds. Hand towels are provided for each bathroom. 1 bath towel is provided for each guest, so 7 towels total. Beach towels are not provided.

This was our first time at Carolina Beach. Location to the beach was perfect, as were restaurants and stores. The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. Dede was easy to communicate with!

We loved this property. The location is perfect and so close to the beach. The views are spectacular from both balconies! So enjoyed sitting outside on the decks at night, especially the third floor deck off of the master bedroom. If you plan to cook meals during your stay, bring your own pots and pans. The cookware definitely needs to be replaced. If you plan to eat out every night you will be fine. Otherwise we loved this property. Communication with owner was five star.

We took our family here for a week at the beach. Its was a great time and the place was clean. The shower outside the door for getting all the sand off of you is a nice feature!

Perfect property, close to the water

The house was just a two min walk to the beach and walkable to so many amenities. We rented bikes as well and were able to explore even further. Clean, comfortable and we had a great time

Upon arrival to the Sea Flat, we were happy with the location and proximity to the beach. The house was beautiful and well cared for. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt with any questions we had. Looking forward to future Carolina beach time away.

Relaxing

Nothing like taking a nice, relaxing, beach vacation with your loved ones. It’s even more relaxing and enjoyable when you have such a nice venue to stay in. When the owner is receptive to your needs and pleasant to converse with the stay becomes seamless. Lovely home and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. All of my family had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house!

Staying here was nothing short of amazing. Dede was very sweet and helpful and the house was breath taking. Having my morning coffee on the balcony in the warm ocean breeze was incredible. The house was very clean and was only about about a two minute walk from the beach. Beautiful property with a stunning view. I would definitely rent this beautiful home from Dede again!

Beach getaway

With my husband a two close friends we enjoyed 5 fun filled days. Short walk to the beach. Relaxing evenings on the 3rd floor deck lounging on the outdoor couch cooled by the ocean breeze. Recommend a stay at Sea Flat! Cant wait to come again. Thanks Dede.

Perfect Getaway

Our family traveled from Texas and South Carolina to enjoy a week in Carolina Beach, and this property was amazing and met all of our needs! Most time was spent on our balconies or on the beach! Grandkids and fun at the beach!

Sea Flat is a beautiful, spacious, home with close access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The porches were really nice to sit outside in the evening. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the top porch off of the master. Dede was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions that we texted to her. Carolina Beach and the surrounding area has lots to offer for family fun.
